I was very disappointed with my 2…
I was very disappointed with my 2 orders. The 1st was the wrong size, so I reordered the same item, but this time, I ordered 2 thinking that I would get the right size, my husband would have an extra pair, the second order arrived and again the wrong size `[xs]`, my husband is a size medium. I wanted to be a customer to this company, but enough is enough. I'm done.

We received someone else’s order…
We received someone else’s order instead of the order that we placed. And then when I reached out to customer service, I don’t think that it was expeditiously taken care of. I thought the proper way to resolve. This would’ve been to have our missing items sent overnight, not a possible overnight or next day, which would be Friday now for our delivery. I don’t really think the customer service was sympathetic, or showed any real empathy in regards to the screwup with the order.

I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. It looks like we had a system issue at one of our warehouses. It also looks like a replacement was sent out to you right away and you received that replacement 2 days later. Please let us know if you have any additional issues or questions. Thanks.
