I didnt have any questions, the person helping sent a message explaining everything i needed to know.
There was something i didnt like though, that on the website it does not specify from before that i have to get my own housing insurrance. I would've preferred this to be included in the booking price, or at least let me know before i book it. Also on the website it does not specify the location's address from what I've seen.

The personal assistance via WhatsApp was great and very helpful. Simon was very ambitious that I find a good accomodation.

Mon expérience avec LivinFrance a été tout simplement horrible. C’est, sans exagérer, le pire service que j’ai utilisé depuis le début de mon séjour. La plateforme est mal organisée, lente et totalement inefficace. Le service client ne répond presque jamais, et quand il le fait, c’est après des semaines d’attente, avec des réponses inutiles ou copiées-collées.
Les logements affichés étaient déjà pris, mal situés ou hors de prix, mais ils continuaient quand même à les proposer comme disponibles. On sent qu’ils ne vérifient rien et qu’ils se débarrassent des étudiants en prétendant “aider”. J’ai perdu trois mois complets à envoyer des messages, attendre des réponses et espérer un logement qui n’est jamais venu. Résultat : j’ai dû arriver sans logement, payer un hôtel pendant deux semaines, et gérer un stress énorme avant même le début de mes cours.
Franchement, je déconseille totalement cette plateforme. C’est inacceptable qu’une école comme Audencia la recommande encore à ses étudiants. LivinFrance m’a fait perdre du temps, de l’argent et beaucoup d’énergie — une expérience que je ne souhaite à personne.

Very slow answears, can't contact the landlords directly although you have to pay the landlord above the rent and also the site has its own fee. I would expect a lot more details and answears for this huge amount of money.

J’étais paniqué car après mon refus de réservation mon argent n’avait toujours pas été transféré. Je me suis affolé et un peu énervé 😅 . Mais ils m’ont rassuré et finalement c’était un problème de fond bloqué dans le système et j’ai reçu mon argent. Si ça vous arrrve calmez-vous ayez confiance. Ce sont pas voleurs

Hi i am exchange student in nantes. was looking for accomodations in livinfrance. Last week i made about 5 contact requests and eventually they answered my emails. And I wrote them that I have concerns and questions regarding apartment I am considering. And again they did not respond to my email.

I am an EM Lyon Business School student, coming from LUISS University in Rome. All the steps to get house, insurance and all the bureaucratic stuff have been possible for me only thanks to LivinFrance team, especially Anne and Arthur to which I send a kind regard.

Livin-France is very intuitive and easy to navigate within it. Also, the appartments and rooms they offer, seem very nice (at least in the photos, I have not arrived yet in France but I hope the pictures do justice to the one I rented). As a non-french student, is very nice to have support in english. Anne has helped me very much with my process and I'm so grateful that I have someone to ask for help, as sometimes the process of finding housing in another country might be a tricky process.
