I found Sozy when I was searching for more sustainable clothing options. I love that the clothes are handmade in the US and it's a woman run company. I started wearing Sozy in between my 2nd and 3rd baby, but was still able to wear a few things throughout my pregnancy. They are so versatile! I dont hand-wash any of the items, but I do hang dry and I have yet to have anything fall apart on me. Everything is comfortable and stylish. So many of the pieces can be worn together, its so easy to make multiple looks with a few pieces. I love looking and feeling so stylish! I get lots of compliments when i wear my Sozy. In regards to some of the reviews, the return policy is stringent, but it's a small business and it's clearly explained on the website. There are also measurements for the model and the clothing pieces themselves to try to help figure out sizing.
(I've never had to return anything, but I have popped a few things up on Sozy's Treet resale shop that i grew out of.) I love Sozy and am always looking forward to their new releases!!

I found Sozy a couple of years ago, and since then I have been slowly converting my entire closet to Sozy. I love their clothes, which are sustainably handmade in the U.S., and I love their philosophy of giving back. 10% of their profit goes to supporting survivors of sexual violence -- a cause that has personal meaning to me -- and another 10% goes to charitable organizations. The clothing is beautiful and so comfortable, and works for a variety of ages, heights, weights, and body shapes. (I'm 55.) The return/exchange process is quick and easy. The prices are a little high, but that's to be expected, given the quality materials and with everything being handmade. I'm willing to pay a little more for clothing that will last. I'm helping the environment by avoiding fast fashion, and the higher prices end up saving money in the long run because I buy less clothing. I don't understand the negative reviews I'm seeing here. In the more than 2 years that I've been buying Sozy, I have never had a negative experience.

Sozy is unlike any other store I’ve shopped at. I started shopping with Sozy 3 or 4 years ago when I was struggling to dress my postpartum body. My old clothes and style didn’t fit me the same anymore. Then I saw an Instagram ad for one of their skirts, fell in love, and started digging through the site. Now, I am not one to purchase without doing my research. I was very impressed with the many brand values Sozy has. Their customer service sealed the deal. I had questions about multiple pieces as I was trying to figure out what my new size was postpartum. The customer service team went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and I’ve been a regular customer ever since. At the root of this company is so much heart. Yes, you’re going to be paying more than Target but you aren’t just paying for clothes. It’s everything from the fact that all the pieces are made in the USA to the butter soft fabrics to the ways Sozy gives back to causes close to their hearts. There’s a little something for everyone- pick a piece that speaks to you, try it, and thank me later 💕

I am obsessed with this company. The clothes are so cute and versatile. I love that I can pair the tops with the dresses/skirts/pants. I became obsessed shortly after having my second child via C-section when I was looking for comfortable clothes that helped me feel put together, then I remembered Sozy and purchased a couple things...fast forward to now and my closet is about 90% Sozy. They ship fast, they respond to any questions I've submitted via email promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They even have a pre-owned section on their website where you can buy/sell used pieces. ..I think sometimes people get confused on pre-orders? But there is an estimated ship date at the bottom of the item picture and in my experience they often ship even sooner than the listed date. I almost prefer to order on pre-order because I love the discount!

I love Sozy, I have been shopping with Sozy for 2 years now. I love their values as a brand, it’s what made me start shopping with them. I feel like I’m helping save the world one “add to cart” at a time. I have always had a great experience with the Sozy customer service team. Any time there’s been a “hiccup” the customer service team has been wonderful in resolving any issues. I always read the description when deciding on a size since they put the measurements there (I’m an in between sizes girl)

I was a longtime window shopper before finally taking the plunge and ordering a couple of Sozy pieces 2 years ago. I haven't looked back! I don't save soft textures for hard days anymore, and feel delectably pretty. Sozy has styles to flatter every body type, and comfort for dayyyyysss. Their customer service offers quick communication and fast shipping. Oh, and check out their brand values and what they support with some of the proceeds from every purchase. I love these initiatives and am thrilled to support these causes - and a woman-owned/operated company with the clothing I choose.

I absolutely love Sozy! Their quality is amazing and I love that everything is made in the USA. The fabrics are incredible, especially the linen and bamboo. I rarely shop elsewhere.

The color is different from what is depicted on the website. They are not going to allow an exchange. They alap don’t do cash refunds so you’re stuck with their lousy service paying for items you may not want and also the shipping. Instead I have to purchse another one in a color I can use and that now costs $18 more. Plus I will lose on shipping 3 ways, one original purchase, one for the return and one for the new item. My first and last purchase from Sozy.

I just read all the bad reviews but honestly my experience has been great. I ordered a dress and a sweater and love them both! The material is really nice quality and drapes so well. I got multiple compliments when I wore the dress. I just ordered some more items. These are more than I usually pay for clothing but to have things that are flattering and will last makes it worth it. Plus I like the company’s ethics and causes.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a necklace that was two small. Went through the return portal to exchange to a bigger size and shipped the original back. Then didn’t get any notification that my return was canceled. But instead got a gift card for 70% of what I originally paid because the necklace was “damaged” with scratches all over it. It wasn’t even out of the box more than 5 minutes. It all seemed so shady. Will never shop here again wish I read these reviews.

Very poor quality clothing. When I initiated a return the website said I had until October 7th to return my items, however when I logged back in on October 2nd to finish the process it would not let me return the items. Customer service refuses to help me and says the return period has passed even though it very clearly showed everything was eligible for a return until October 7th. Robbery.

Very poor quality. A skirt i purchased fell apart after two wears. They would only refund me 50% because it was a little past their 30-day return window.

I was returning it because it was unwearable, not because i didnt want it any more.

I definitely will not be shopping with them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The clothes are pretty and I loved the style and fit on my body. However, the quality is garbage. The stitching on the overalls I purchased was already fraying mid-day through the first wear, due to the material and that I only really planned to wear around the house, this was fine, although for the price I was disappointed. Then I wore the ADA dress I got, loved it! Washed ONCE per the instructions, in a garment bag on delicate, and when I pulled out to place on hanger to dry, the dress was literally coming apart at the seems, for $104.00 was able to wear it ONCE! Will never buy from them again.

Do not order from Sozy. Very cheaply made. My skirts started unraveling the first day I wore them. I emailed about this to get an exchange and was told I could get a store credit for 50% of what I paid. So now I have skirts I can’t wear and you want to give me store credit for an amount I can’t use unless I spend even more money on clothes that will also fall apart? Never purchasing from Sozy again

The clothing is nice, styles that have their own unique elements. I can't speak ill there.

However I would not recommend due to their terrible customer service policies and the third party shipping partner they use.

If there is even the smallest hiccup with your return they will tell you "oh well" basically and keep your money with no resolution. They apparently have no way of working with their third party shipping vendor to work out any issues with returns. So, beware and hope you don't have to return or exchange anything.

In my opinion your shipping partner is your issue, not your paying customers'. Good support would be honoring the return, especially since it's paid for and you have the product back, regardless of how your shipping partner operates.

For a company with such an interesting mission, the customer support could really be re-aligned to that messaging. The responses are very hollow and unfeeling.

Sozy has some cute clothes & I appreciate them being a USA made company. However, I will say I don't think the quality is all that amazing. I have some pants that are already starting to fray & not everything is incredibly flattering on my body. I'm 5'11" with large breasts and a long vase like torso with curvy legs and butt. I find their crop tops to fit weird on me & recommend sizing up. It's worth it if you get some final sale items, wouldn't pay full price.
