VERY confused by all the bad reviews. Honestly really sad to see them. I've been a very loyal Sozy customer for years now. My favorite items are definitely the linen ones but I have so many pieces and love them all. Overall, Lanai and her brand are woman owned and support a great cause. I've never had an issue with shipping or support and I love this company! I will continue to support Sozy and Lanai!

I have many pieces from Sozy and they are favorites in my wardrobe. All are high quality construction and soft fabrics. I especially love my Mia skirts, Anne Marie shirts and long pants, and Emma dresses, both mini and midi.

I have ordered two pieces from Sozy, a beautiful skirt and a little cardigan. I love how neutral the cardigan is. It is hard to not wear it everyday. It is a little shorter in length than I was expecting, so with shirts it appears very cropped, but it is a lovely length with dresses. The skirt is long and flowing and a great spring color. Both pieces are very good quality. I do wish the prices were a little lower, but I understand that the price reflects the mission of the company.

I just love Sozy clothing. Beautiful and flattering, lovely colors and patterns on all their options. Their skirts are my favorite to wear to work with a cardi or on the town with a jean jacket.

I purchased two skirts from Sozy. The Gwendolyn skirt is SO comfortable and perfect for hot summers in Florida. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

I had a coupon for this website and ordered a skirt that came in many colors. The one I ordered fit well but was quite ugly (did not match the photo online). I asked if I could exchange it for another color and was told I could only exchange for the same color otherwise I would lose my discount. I will not be shopping here again.

I spend ~$500 a year on clothes from Sozy, and until recently never had a problem. My latest order, they sent me the wrong item. I returned it in exchange for the correct item. However, they only gave me a partial refund and claimed the item I returned was damaged. They sent pictures of an item that was not the one I returned, "proving" the damage. I tried to dispute this, and the customer service rep, Mikaela, refused to engage. Per FTC law, if a retailer sends you the wrong item, you aren't obligated to return it at all. I then looked at the return on their website, and it looks like I was charged $21.60 for shipping for a mistake THEY made. They then lied to cover it up. Will never shop there again.

My items were not delivered as the carrier status showed. The items were insured and yet they did not attempt to resolve the issue with the carrier and placed the issue on me to deal with. They dismissed me and stated they are not responsible. You would think a business would care to retain customers by supporting and providing a solution other than all well your loss.

I was excited to support a cause and try a new clothing line. Shop at your risk.

So I tried to buy one crop top. A $62 crop top (so rediculously overpriced but CUTE). The order kept getting canceled immediately, so I figured it was a glitch and kept trying. Over and over. I genuinely thought there was an error and wanted the shirt.

Then I got charged. Not once. Multiple times. Eventually the money was refunded, but no one told me anything. So I asked on Facebook. Blocked. Went to Instagram. Blocked again. Emailed them. No response at all.

This wasn’t even my first time ordering. The first time I bought from them, I followed the care instructions exactly. The instructions on the site and the clothing label don’t even match. After one wash, the clothes pilled terribly. Returning them was a headache and a half, but I still gave them another chance. Big mistake.

I’m a returning customer. A woman. A survivor. And apparently asking where my money went is enough to get me blocked on every platform.

They talk nonstop about empowerment and supporting women, but the second you ask a question, they shut you down. What a joke.

Do better.

Never received my $400 order. FedEx said it wa damaged. Sozy told me it was not their problem and they would reship as a courtesy or treat it like a refund. I’m still waiting for the refund. I love their clothes but will not trust them with my money ever again.

Had to pay $23 to return two bamboo pants that didn't fit. Not worth it.

I waited a month for clothes that looked like they came from Temu. Cheap material with so many wrinkles. I don’t know if I’ll be able to get them out. First last and only time I bought anything on this website.

Stole my return. $65 they pocketed. Clothing was horrible quality. I kept one of 6 items. Awful. Don’t purchase, you’ll regret. Go to BBB and see the customer reviews.

I ordered quite a bit of clothing from this site for my wife, trusting in the company's return policy stated on their site that I could return everything within 30 days. The items arrived, and most did not look at all like they did on the website. Only one dress fit properly. We contacted the company to return the rest, and found out that some items were non-returnable because they were "final sale" (yet the website didn't state what this meant at time of purchsae. The few items they did authorize for return were not going to be refunded at full purchase price--and THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY.

This company is a complete scam and the product you receive looks nothing like it does on their website. Customer service is horrible should you need anything. Don't fall for their scams.

This place is a scam. I ordered a shirt in 2 sizes, and pair of pants in 2 sizes. Tried each on, kept the sizes that fit, immediately put the other sizes that didnt fit in the bag then sent them back. I only got a partial refund and when i asked why, they said the pants were worn, faded and smelled. I literally had these loose linen pants on for 60 seconds so they are completely lying. I see another reviewer had a similar experience. They stole $30 from me for a 'donation fee' of unwearable items. Again - I did not wear them at all!

I ordered a skirt and a shirt, the skirt is okay not what I expected. Never received my shirt, I have cameras all around my house was never delivered. When I contacted them they said it was stolen and they couldn't help me. Never shopping here again

Confused at all the bad reviews! I have had such great experiences over the last few years ordering from them. Love that the products are all manufactured in US & I feel so good ordering from a company that donates money to such an important cause. Every piece is soooooo comfortable - I've proudly worn 3 dresses, a skirt, and a few tops over the years- I always receive compliments when I wear :). Thank you for the fabulous customer service too, any time I've had to make a return it's been super easy.

the skirt is falling apart, the elastic is coming off without many wears. The material is not high quality. They were cute on the internet but not worth the cheap quality. I will not be buying again.
