Dishonest in their service times. Take twice as long as advertised on their website.

Everyone was so helpful and didn’t mind spending time going over things if needed. They were very patience and didn’t mind if you went off chatting about something other than the mortgage.
The staff explained really clearly the different mortgage options, making sure each time it was understood what each mortgage was available to you.

We just completed our re-mortgage on the 22nd Jan 2024 with Livemore and I must say .... what a refreshing, human experience. Re-mortgaging can be a fretful experience but Livemore made it easy. They were sensitive to our circumstances (self employed) and provided excellent, clear communications and their responses were always timely. Live More have got a lot of things correct in the RIO market compared to other providers the message is getting across to members of the public. Its a breath of fresh that there is a mortgage provider who is happy to look at older people who do not want to stop working and who want to look after their family and not rely on Equity Release. Incredibly flexible for later life lending.

I had a client whose future income is dependent on income from property. I wanted a RIO for them. Looking more traditional / insurance based lenders, this is not an income that they would not consider in the same way. They did a lot of due diligence, which is to be expected but were so easy to deal with and very fast with updates. Their systems are very easy to use and give you all the options for the client. They also have great BDM’s to support the intermediary during the client journey. Finally, they wait until they have had all the information they need to make a decision before asking the client to pay for the valuation!

I was kept informed about the process and as issues arose they were explained. My expectations were managed realistically. Phone calls with the team were brief and to the point and the process was completed in a matter of weeks after thorough checks were made.
