Everything was explained thoroughly with all options. There was no sales pressure at all. So far the experience from all elements of the process has been speedy and efficient. I would recommend this mortgage company.
Quality advice
The advice and guidance we received was fantastic. Clear concise and nothing was to much trouble. Any new mortgage process can be stressful, this company and the advisors who we dealt with make it a simple process.
You don’t do what you say you will
I ran the case by my BDM prior to submission. He had it agreed to use income beyond the normal age. He even keyed the income on to the system in the correct way to make sure it worked. Client was very excited he could finally buy instead of rent, found a house, offer accepted, we submitted the case to you exactly as previously discussed. You wouldn’t use the income or lend enough. You overruled the BDM and made us all look stupid. Worst of all you got an older clients hopes up before letting him down.
Shan’t be using you again for anything but the most standard of case where I can’t justify using someone else. Can’t trust your advice.
Only giving more than 1 star as my BDM was apologetic and was quick to respond.

Niche Lender
Once registered I was able to obtain an Illustration and complete an application quickly and without any issues. Communication following submission has been quick and I was kept informed at all stages. Livemore offer products not available through other Lenders which provided a suitable solution for a particular client.
Registering on the other hand was problematic and required a lot of patience. I believe they need to get on top of this asap. All in all I would deal with them again and have found them to be helpful.
Fantastic Mortgage Provider
I am 67 and my wife is 64 and our mortgage expired with our previous lender and it was not prepared to extend the term. So we needed to find a lender that was happy to lend to an older age couple, both still working, one employed and one self employed. Both our age, one being self employed and the fact that our house is timber framed and timber clad posed a challenge and we had pretty much resigned ourselves to the fact that we were going to have to sell our house which we did not want to do.
Our mortgage broker had had searched the market for a new lender without any success until he happened to come across LiveMore Mortgages which had recently been added to his panel and whom he had not used before. LiveMore were happy to give us a mortgage for 11 years with an initial very good 5 year fixed deal and this has now all been sorted and we are delighted.
I have to say that we have had an extremely positive experience with LiveMore and its conveyancing team and the whole transaction was very quick and efficient with first class communication throughout the process.
Thank you LiveMore and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services in the best of terms.

I found these guys by chance whilst looking for a mortgage, due to me being at retirement age none of the main stream lenders could help, but initially speaking to Sarah I found her very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable helping me at every step along the way before passing me onto Lee who also guided me through the final stages until completion.
Both Sarah and Lee definitely earned and deserves the 5 🌟 rating, great job you two.

From the very 1st phone call that Marcus Lyttle handled to the very end, I couldn't fault anything. Marcus was very thorough from telling me how long the interview will take to coordination with the underwriters, everything was handled in such a way as not to raise anxieties. He kept me informed. After the offer was received, the LMC team kept me updated that I didn't even need to track my case.
I shouldn't forget Lee Miller. Kudos to the entire crew.

Absolutely delighted that I stumbled across this company by accident in my hour of need.
I was in need of a mortgage as the term of my mortgage had finished with my own lender. The company that my mortgage was placed with were being very punitive with me and basically demanded full payment. This caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I am 67 years old with a reasonably good credit rating in a well paid job, however every lender that I spoke to said they couldn't help.
I started to search the market and I came across Livemore Mortgages. From start to finish I was supported by Marcus Lytle my caseworker. Marcus was so helpful and very quick to respond getting back to me to give me a progress update on my application. Marcus gave me some hope that Livemore could offer me a mortgage deal. Marcus was a lifesaver. I thought that I may have to sell my home to pay my current lender back. I was very worried.
Marcus answered any questions that I had and he gave me regular updates on how my application was going and he even emailed the lender at my request to let them know that I had a mortgage offer. This gave me some breathing space.
During this stage of the application I was transferred over to Lee Miller in the processing stage Lee really helped me by answering my queries very promptly. This kept the ball rolling and I was not far away from finalising the new mortgage thanks to both Marcus and Lee who worked collaboratively to get my deal done. It was very thorough everything was explained to me and I was offered a few different options. i was able to make an informed choice and I was contacted by a lovely lady Lizzy in the underwriters department. Lizzy finalized matters and was very reassuring to me that my mortgage would be put into place and a conveyancing solicitor will complete the transfer from my previous lender to Livemore.
The solicitor O'Neil Patient Ltd that they recommended was also absolutely brilliant and I didn't pay any costs it was built into my deal. I received a very efficient service and couldn't believe it when I received a txt to say that your mortgage transfer was completed today.
All this hard work was done between Marcus Lee and Lizzy. I received an excellent service from Livemore colleagues and the job was done from start to finish within a matter of 12 weeks.
I feel confident that the advice that I was given was from professionals that had my best interests at heart. I was fearful of going with another company as there are so many other organisations that try to push you into deals that benefit no one but themselves.
I completed on my mortgage on 22nd February, the peace of mind that I have is hard to describe. I have manageable repayments the right term to enable me to repay and I am a very happy customer.
I would definitely recommend Livemore to other people who are looking for a reliable and ethical company.
I personally want to thank Marcus Lee and lizzie for their help. You will never know the difference you have made to my life.
