I got and was charged for a product I didn't want.
Now I want to cancel my subscription and the page to do so is blank in both Safari and Chrome. Tried to find a phone number for Customer Service, but no luck there either. Very displeased.

Company had a massive recall in January - told me they would refund my money for the "superfood" that I had to throw out because of the recall. Never got a dime of refund and never any reply. And they had the balls to try to resume my subscription after 7 months of nothing.

Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere and avoid getting explosive diarrhea from their tainted products.

Received notice about recall in January 2026. Emailed my concerns about refund. I just kept getting apologies for the refund delay. No word yet on refund. Do not order anything from this company as customer service is non-exsistent.

Received notice that I was a part of the recall. Then told I had the new product coming followed by it was not coming, yet. Then told I would receive a refund, followed by a notice that I had already received a refund. I haev never received a refund, have sent 2 requests to Liveitup to give me an update, and have still not heard anything. Regardless of what happens, I will not use or recommend these folks again.

I purchased Super Greens from Live It Up on 3 separate occasions. Then I received notification that the company was recalling the last 2 bags due to contamination. I submitted all the information requested to receive a refund for the bad bags, but when I contacted the company for follow-up on the refund, they replied (2 separate times) that they were still reviewing the submissions. After 5 months, they still have not contacted me nor refunded my money.

A company is only as good as its customer service. With that in mind, avoid Live it Up.

I was contacted about the salmonella issue with their powders and had two bags that fell under the recall. I reached out multiple times and was initially told they were behind but would process refunds soon. Since then, it has been nothing but delays and excuses. It is now mid April, and I was originally promised a refund back in January.

I even tried filing a PayPal claim, but it somehow ended in the seller’s favor. At this point, they have my money with no clear timeline on when or if I will get it back. It is hard to understand how other companies can issue refunds within days, while this one continues to hold onto customers’ money indefinitely.

I would strongly recommend avoiding them. If you run into an issue, do not expect a refund. They've even turned off the option to leave a review on their site which says everything.

0 stars. I have emailed them multiple times regarding the recall on the greens. They responded months ago saying they may take a while to get back to everyone with the high volume of recalls. It’s been months and I haven’t received anything

I was recently informed of a possible Salmonella contamination. I sent them through the website a request for a refund and gave them all the information: the lot number, the order number, and a JPEG they needed. Crickets!

Live it Up Greens people are so kind and understanding. Great product! Taste good with almost anything! Highly recommend!
