Didn't come on the Day booked, then never sent advanced notice
We had booked a litter removal for April 8th. We got an initial tracking link in the morning, but then were told that happened in error. Nobody showed up at all that day; though we did get a call confirming that they were not able to do the pickup on the scheduled day and they would reschedule to the next day and we would get notified by the app 15-30min before the driver would arrive. Today, by the time the tracking notification happened the driver was already in front of the property and the phone icon to call the driver only produced an error. I raced to the house, luckily the cleanign staff happened to be at the house at the time adn they had let the driver in to remove the garbage. So the litter was removed a day after scheduled, but really more by luck than due to the process working as promised. Poor experience.

Efficient and friendly waste collection
I found the booking process through Litta to be easy and straightforward and the waste team arrived less than 24 hours later. I was unsure of which size pick up to order and Litta were very helpful in providing advice. The friendly waste team really efficiently cleared away my waste from a first floor flat in less than 25 minutes when it would have taken me hours. Very pleased.

Easy, straightforward and helpful
The booking system is incredibly simple. If you don't know exactly how much waste you have, you can approximate and then firm up when you have the final pile. We have used Litta a number of times because we don't drive and can't get to the tip. They are always on time and service has always been very good.
