I booked with Litta to pick up a large load of scrap and an upright piano. I supplied 7 photos of what needed collecting.
I was told that the two guys I’d booked would be on site after 8am and clear by 6pm at the latest.
At 5pm one guy turned up.
His company Quick Skip had been subcontracted by Litta to collect the rubbish.
It was too much for one man to handle but his company insisted he took everything but the piano. To be picked up later.
Poor sod had no chance. I have ended up helping him. Uninsured, no gloves. Only managed to get half of the stuff in his van. I’m looking forward to seeing them return for the rest.
These guys are to be avoided.

Litta have let me down badly!
