Absolute godsend
I used Litta to help me clear a huge amount of rubbish, garden waste and old furniture from the home of a deceased relative. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Litta! Wrongly Quoted and forced to pay more
Litta quoted me the wrong price, so when I had all the rubbish outside my house to be taken, they said no until I paid another £50 over the phone. I also had no option to cancel due to being wrongly quoted, so I had no option but to just pay more...
The was no way I needed 200kg of waste removal, but thats what I had to pay for.
Not only that - they still didn't even take all of my waste because there wasn't enough room on the pick up!!!!
So I paid for 200kg worth of removal, but they wouldn't take it all because they ran out of space, and still wouldn't come back later to take the rest. How does that make sense?
Well and truly ripped off....
