If I could give 0 stars I would - here’s why.
1. Booked mattress collection on next day service £130 - expensive but was required.
2 after you book and pay you receive numerous texts and emails chasing for more info - threatning not to fulfill job if you don’t fill in - tedious but I guess fair enough.
3 receive call on the day of collection they can’t do the job and offer 3 days later.
4 explain I wanted to pay the extra for their offered next day collection for a reason and said “ 3 days no good” and requested refund. Agreed.
5. Three weeks later, despite many promises on their automated text messages - still no refund. Rubbish company rubbish service & a company I warn not to use. Now going to apply for a charge back with my card company / save yourself a litta of hassle .
