Mr Woods comes across as very trustworthy. He carried out a thorough review and established that, in fact, my child had normal tone and movements of the tongue and didn't require an invasive frenectomy (which was advised inappropriately at another, dental practice).

I used to live in London and now i am living in Paris. Dr. Bora was my fertility doctor before and I trust her so much! So this time back to London I booked her consulting with LIPS healthcare. It was a great experience and everything just went so efficient! She is so kind as usual and I feel so comfortable with the LIPS as well: modern, professional, hospitable… make patients feel not only professional but cozy. Appreciated Dr. Bora and highly recommended LIPS.

The price of the consultation was not specified in the client care letter, which led me to assume the incorrect price. Then, I had to negotiate the price with the secretary and the doctor (GYN) when he was about to remove my hormonal IUD. Finally, they erroneously call me a week later to tell me that I hadn't paid my consult, when I did the day of.

The whole experience from start to finish was quick, professional and concise. I was able to speak directly to the consultant neurologist via an appointment who was not in a rush, explained my condition in full and was more than happy to answer any questions and concerns I had.

Really good communication. Was kept up to date regarding the appointment and done in a timely manner. For quick medical requirements would recommend this service. I was self funding so was expensive, but in line with other medical private services.will definitely use again in the future.
