I was very impressed with the level of care and service I received. The staff took time to explain the procedure and put me at ease. Waiting times were reasonable, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I would happily recommend this service.

He ensured that all required tests were completed in less than a week and provided a diagnosis in under two weeks. I am very happy with his level of service and commitment, and I could not recommend him more highly.

Really difficult to deal with - billing arrangment is difficult - too complicated and convoluted. Secretaries do not seem to speak much ENglish. No directions given to get to clinic in Battersea Power STation. On my first visit I was immediately asked if I had paid bills for things I had not had - no welcome, just a demand for money. IMpression was of a greedy money grabbing organisation. Maybe slanted towards Arabic patients.
