Making a new review as an update to my previous one having now used the organic cotton bed set for a couple of months.
Have washed it many times and no pilling or signs of wear. It dries incredibly fast which is excellent and handy come winter time. Irons pretty well too. The material is very crisp and cool which has been helpful during this hot weather.
My initial feelings out the package were that it was a little thin and the blue was more grey. I was also initially confused as to why it shipped from India and would have liked this to have been made more clear on the website. However, after emailing the company my concerns were all addressed by a personal phone call from Peter the owner who's customer service went above and beyond. Having now properly used it I can see the bedding is great quality, superb value and my son really loves it. Thanks again Peter and the team.

When I placed the order, the website indicated that the item was available for shipment. Unfortunately, I had to wait for well over a week and, on contact with the company, I was advised that they were awaiting shipment from Lithuania. This was the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars

I purchased some sheets, duvet covers, and pillow cases which all duly arrived, beautifully packaged. It was a while before I had time to unpack and look at everything, but the company's 60 day Returns window is extremely generous by most retail standards.

Unfortunately my wife and I decided that the feel of the fabric was not for us and therefore we contacted the firm by email to arrange a Return. The whole of the Returns process was managed exceptionally well through personal contact with one of the company's owners - it is clear to me that this company is really trying hard to deliver high quality products with excellent customer service, which is rare these days and I applaud them for it. It's just a shame that the sheets etc didn't suit us.

There was a mistake with my order, but the customer service interaction with the owner of the business in order to rectify it was genuinely exemplary and very generous. The bedding itself was as described and had all the tags to verify its production origins.

Good quality product.
Problem with one item on the order dealt with very well.
If I need more linen bedding I would not hesitate to use your company again.
Will recommend to anyone else who is looking for linen products.

My 100% organic cotton duvet cover costing £56-£65 each was delivered internationally by DHL, straight from Coimbatore India to my doorstep.

Whilst I would prefer if the item was made in the UK, it is fine for it to be made in India, China, or wherever. What is not fine is that it was shipped directly from those locations. To me it indicates that this is a drop-ship company, or at least one where stock is not held locally in the UK, i.e. no quality control / assurance being performed in the UK. This is very disappointing and not the impression I received from the website and descriptions.

I partly blame myself for not spotting the fact that this takes 5 working days to arrive (in my case 6 working days / 10 days).

I was considering between this place and PIGLET IN BED for example, which has UK standard delivery. I should have been more vigilant.

I would have wanted to return the items but I needed at least one of them urgently, so I will see how it is - I have just washed it and it feels like cardboard, I'm hoping it'll soften once it dries. I may decide to return the other item but the website states that return cost is to be borne by the buyer - I certainly hope I don't have to pay for return postage for India.

I'm writing this in detail to hopefully help others avoid this dishonest company.

This was exactly my point - your prices are the same as your competitor (e.g. Piglet In Bed), but you ship directly from an offshore location, meaning no onshore Quality Assurance / Control, and hence a bigger risk for consumers which I do not appreciate. Please be forth-front with your shipping on your website. I did not want to buy from a drop-shipping company.

Wanted organic cotton sheets for my teen son and the bedding set was fantastic value. I shopped around but these were the best.
I liked that I could support a British company, so there was some confusion when I saw that they were being sent from overseas (though very quick delivery). I also felt the sargasso blue was more of a grey colour so after sending an email I was unexpectedly contacted by Peter himself who was able to clarify and resolve the issues more than satisfactorily. The customer service is exceptional as is their ethos. This company really cares so I would definitely use them again in future. Have yet to try the sheets as I haven't finished decorating but will update when we have. Many thanks

Such a great company to deal with and the bedding is wonderful. I also feel they have a genuine commitment to sustainability. We have bought the cotton percale and linen and both feel incredible, made to last and the bundles are very good value. On one purchase the colour didn't quite work for us, it was no problem at all and a very smooth process to receive a refund. Look forward to buying from thrm many times more in the future

Luxury bedding for a great night's sleep, I cannot recommend highly enough!

I did my research and this is the best company for quality and value of 100% linen sheets. I had to cancel the order due to a break up 2 days after placing it. Not only did they personally message me to explain it might have gone into production- being handmade to order, but they were able to halt the order and give me a full refund. I genuinely did not expect that level of care. I will definitely purchase from here in future- you are talking to real people who are passionately proud of providing top quality products and service.

What wonderfully luxurious bedding! Beautifully satin smooth which is a pleasure to slip into for a really 5 star hotel bed type experience.
