Great quality pictures, super quick turnaround time. I ordered and received my print within 4 days, which is unheard of these days. Gave the print to my parents and they couldn't believe how well it turned out. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Above all, their customer care was superb and they were very responsive and I loved the fact that they sent us previews of the art before manufacturing. I have ordered from Lime&Lou many times (and will continue to do so). Products are well designed, beautiful, and as pictured. You get to review the product prior to shipment to ensure that you’re satisfied. Lime&Lou will make adjustments, if requested. Customer service is outstanding.

.I am literally crying right now because what I just got in the mail is an illustration in color of my son and his girlfriend who he told me when he met her mom and met my wife. Her name is Sophie 💗 and I got a picture of them that is her favorite picture and had it illustrated. It is so so so beautiful. I have no words. I just wanna think whoever did this gorgeous artwork because it’s absolutely amazing and I will forever be a customer. I don’t know if I could leave a photo but if I can, I will thank you thank you thank you❤️

I love how they send you updates when you make changes. They don’t just go ahead and put the order in production until you are completely satisfied. When you make changes the new update is sent to you within a day. Very satisfied. Now waiting on finally production.
