This company is amazing in every way! Their products are amazing, their customer service is top tier! Loved everything about them! They stay in contact with you every step of the way & touch base with you on even the little details. Something that many companies lack in. Nothing but good things from this company! Highly recommend!

They changed my picture from colour to black and white

I purchased a very large canvas with my family’s picture on it. They changed the photo to a black and white photo! They changed the layout of every sentence I wrote when I wrote it out! I wrote it out line by line with each sentence ending with a period and they decided to make it a paragraph.
They changed every comma that was used into a period and lastly, the right side of the canvas is completely off centre from the title! What a waste of money! I spent over $200 for this canvas. I do not recommend them!

I do want to clarify that this specific design is created with black and white photos and a paragraph-style text layout by default, as shown on our website. That means elements like punctuation, spacing, and formatting are adjusted to match the design style of the product.

Utterly impressive

I have had the most amazing interaction and support from Lime and Lou!! They have been extremely dedicated to the customer’s satisfaction of their product and have a great set up to preview product before finalizing the purchase!! They listened to my concerns and fixed the issues working 24hours!! I couldn’t be more satisfied and I can’t wait to see the final product! From the minute I saw Limeandlou’s instagram I was OBSESSED to say the least. I immediately browsed their entire product collection on their website and I just knew all the products they created would hold such sentimental value and meaning to all who received a LimeandLou product. So far I have ordered two products from their website and I can’t wait for the gift recipients to open their Limeandlou product!!! I’m gifting LimeandLou products as specicial wedding gifts and I am confident they will loving having their gift as much as I love gifting LimeandLou products.

Everything would have been great if this company didn’t put a big sticker on the outside of the box indicating what it is. Great job. Ruined the surprise of my wife’s anniversary gift. Really a pretty stupid move on your part.

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. Was a bit disappointed with this last purchase. I was expecting more clear pictures. But all in all its very cute. I wouldn't order this one again. However I absolutely loved our 1st previuos purchase.

There are several things that made my…

There are several things that made my experience a great one. One was the communication, the replies to questions were pretty quick which I found to be comforting. I truly felt that the teams were really engaged to make sure my requests were granted. From Customer Service to the Design Teams their main goal was to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer, they have succeeded. I have never dealt with a company that was so accommodating as Lime & Lou. A great experience.

Not a good experience

Truthfully, I did not have a good experience working with this company... from selling me a product out of stock, waiting way longer than necessary to inform me that it was out of stock, then finally sending a different scented candle and the glass was shattered with literally zero packing support, to re-ordering, than nearly 2 weeks later letting me know you made the same issue and tried to fill the sold out candle scent. All that said, customer service did reply to me in a timely manner & were understanding and kind. I asked for a full refund, and that was honored.

Quality Product & Good Customer Support

I’m giving 4 stars not 5 because the first print came with the wrong song. Not even close to the one I selected; however, customer service was quick to respond, confirm the correct lyrics, and reship in time for our anniversary. I’m pleased with the quality of the products and the quick response to the issue. I would recommend ordering in enough time to allow for errors to be fixed though. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful product backed up good customer service, in my experience.

This is the first time I’ve bought a product from Lime and Lou. The gift is for my daughter and son in laws first Mothers and Father’s Day. Their daughter’s name is Lou- so I had to buy. The customer service is extraordinary- timely, thoughtful and accurate- and I made a number of revisions along the way. I am so excited to give this as a unique and memorable gift!!! 🙏🫶👏

Love the Look

I ordered a print that came to me very crooked and my ocd would not let me hang this on the wall. My husband thought we could "live with it", but I could not. I did think about it for 2 weeks, but alas contacted Lime and Lou and they were great in replacing it. They sent a new one and we love it! Would absolutely buy from them again, accidents happen!
