Delivery was great, but the arrangement was disappointing. I realise flowers are seasonal, but this bunch was puffed out with a lot of greenery and noware near the picture that I looked at.

They delivered the birthday flowers on the wrong day. Its pretty imperative for florists to deliver on the requested day.

The flowers sent and the picture of the flowers online, were not even close in volume or vibrancy.
I selected and paid for the option of extra size and was very disappointed when the recipient of the flowers sent a photo of what they received.

I ordered Tue for wed delivery.
I rang Lilly’s florist to verify delivery address, the lady on the ph sounded confused, went away to verify my request she came back & apologized and said the flowers would be delivered that afternoon. Wednesday came and went no delivery.
Thursday lunchtime I received a call from a man, it came up on my phone as Armidale ?. He said that they couldn’t source blue flowers and would I be happy with a substitution of bright colorful flowers. I said that I’d chosen bright flowers just sub the blue flowers for another bright flower. His answer was oh ok. Well what I’d paid for arrived Thursday afternoon, sadly they looked NOTHING like the colourful newborn baby boy box that I’d ordered and paid decent money for. In fact everyone that saw the order and compared the two asked are you sure they didn’t mix your order up. I must say I was embarrassed & it really put a damper on my first grandson birth experience. I chose Lilly’s florist @ Helensburgh because of its proximity, same town delivery.
As everyone said the arrangement looked like a first yr apprentice had used the left overs of the day. Sorry if this email isn’t what you would like to hear.

So disappointed that the order was delivered a week earlier, invoice clearly stated as requested, for delivery to be on 15 January. Timing is critical for these type of gifts and we feel let down.

Bad business with poor communication
I ordered on line and then received an email ,they needed more money because the glass vase was expensive and then when phoned they said it was a long distance delivery even though from a local supplier and needed additional to the email sent.
So I canceled the order

The customer service lady was so friendly, helpful and patient in helping me pick the right flowers. The flowers that arrived were really beautiful and the recipient was delighted with them. It took the pressure of ordering from a distance so much easier.

I ordered an extra large bunch of flowers for around $120.00. The bunch received was a resemblance of a $30.00 bunch of flowers you would buy from Woolworths. I contacted the company who would not come to any resolution.

Accepted two orders (over 300 spent between the orders) for two addresses. Both accepted by the online service. The people they were going to have cancer and one was trying to celebrate their birthday. Flowers are for an occasion - cancelling and refunding simply isn't good enough. Especially when the reason is 'christmas holiday closure' - turn off orders if you're not delivering on your promises

Very disappointed in the size of the deluxe bunch I ordered for my Nan. I was away on the day and when I got home and seen how little they were for the money I paid I was shocked.
They were nice flowers and delivery was on the day and efficient but unfortunately nothing like I thought or the picture looked.
Christmas blooms to Bowral from Qld
Wonderful last minute response to order. The flowers were beautiful, I asked for large and Chrismassy, and they were! Gladioli a metre tall, bright red surrounded by red and white blooms and Christmas bush. My friend was delighted, as was another friend with her who FaceTimed me so that I could see them too. Very late message on failure to deliver
I placed an order around 1pm on 31/12/26, your website advised me it would deliver the package that day.
At 5pm 31/12/26 I received an SMS from Samantha advising me the package could not be delivered that day due to Xmas closures & that I would receive a refund.
By this time it was too late to place an order with another florist.
The gift was for birthday and NY day on 1/1.

Disappointing and not worth the money
Whilst the product I ordered was delivered on time, it was very disappointing as did not resemble the premium Christmas bouquet I had ordered. The final product was nowhere near the value of $146 I had paid! I would not use them again.
