Delivery was great, but the arrangement was disappointing. I realise flowers are seasonal, but this bunch was puffed out with a lot of greenery and noware near the picture that I looked at.

Appalling value for money
I booked a "deluxe" sympathy "florists choice" arrangement. My only request was no lily's. It cost just under $100. What was delivered was a bouquet with maybe 2 roses and some chrysanthemums - not even in a box! Appalling value for money and I am embarrassed i sent them to a grieving family.

They delivered to the home and dealt with the local area i needed. Others would not deliver there or if they did the cost was double what lily's florist charge.

The response to the order was fast but they didn't deliver the good nor reapond to the queries where and when, also the refund request was ghosted. Disappointing.

Rose was old with wilted old blotches of brown all over leaves. Bottle to keep flower moist was empty and grey like and old flower. Husband ordered 2 roses only got 1 miserable looking flower ready to drop off. Not impressed with an empty big old box with heart chocolates of 5 chocolate roscher in the box. Never again. And for valentines gift.

Excellent service, delivered on time for Valentine's Day. The flowers are beautiful. The order was placed from outside Australia, one day in advance, and the payment options were great. Top service, keep it up!

Ordered a rose and A box of assorted chocolates with a sweet message on a card to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines day, the rose arrived very nice. hence 1 stars

No card with the rose and the Assorted chocolate was a $3 Cadburys block from Woolworths just thrown into a small white carry bag. after delivery fee which rounded up to be $80 just turned out to be a cash grab from lilys. took to whole Romance out of it.. could of save money if i bought the flowers and chocolate and just uber'd it there

The experience over the phone was seamless, made easy with someone with great communication skills.
Disappointing for the price
For $350, this was really disappointing. My partner ordered these for me while he was away, expecting something full and beautiful. The bouquet only had around 16 roses and the rest was filler greenery, which made it look sparse and not worth the price at all.
The delivery also felt awkward and unprofessional. The lady knocked loudly multiple times and simply said “flowers for etc” before walking off It didn’t feel like a thoughtful or special delivery experience.
For this price point, He expected far better quality and presentation. Honestly, I’ve seen fuller and prettier roses at Coles for much less. Unfortunately, this did not feel like $350 worth of flowers.
Very frustrating and disappointing experience
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Lily’s Florist.
At around 1pm on the day before Valentine’s Day, I placed an online order for a rose and chocolate package. The same-day delivery cut-off was 2pm, so ordering the day before should not have been an issue. At 1:30pm I received confirmation that my order was processed and payment received.
However, at 5pm — four hours later — I was informed by text and email that my order had been cancelled due to “capacity issues” in my area. By that time, it was too late to organise flowers elsewhere before Valentine’s Day. To make matters worse, I was advised the refund would take time to return to my account, leaving me unable to immediately purchase from another florist.
Cancelling confirmed Valentine’s Day orders hours later due to capacity problems shows poor planning and a lack of reliability during one of the busiest periods of the year. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Advising me of this situation at 19:00 the night before is poor form. If advised earlier like when I put in the order 12hrs prior I would have been able to do something. Thanks for nothing.

Second order in a few weeks from this florist and both orders were delivered as requested and arrangements outstanding. It was important that they were special as they were for friend of over 70 years now in hospice palliative care. Highly recommended.

I was shocked when my friend received very dull bunch of cabbage flowers, cheap chocolates, instead of the box of dark assorted chocolates I have paid for, wrong balloon and…,that’s not all!! There was NO card! My message was scribbled by someone's handwriting directly on the bag that contained the box of chocolates!!!! For that I paid over $200!! I was so deeply embarrassed! I called and wrote an email asking to be contacted, NO ONE did that. Please do not subject yourself to the same experience!!

Did not deliver the same day as guaranteed! Had to call a few times to get the order delivered, and they were rude about it.
The flowers were lovely when they did get delivered.
Went that bit extra
I phoned at 2.15 and same day delivery cut off was 2pm. Lady went out of her way and phoned me back that she had arranged delivery. They arrived at the hospital before 5pm. Very efficient.

The flowers were not at all fresh dissatisfied & disappointed & mostly discarded with in 2 days of delivery.. please make every effort to replace the flowers with a fresh ones free of charge
