I bought a silver running shoe to replace a charm that I lost a few years ago. It had been given to me by my running mates so I was gutted to lose it - I am very happy I found a new one.

Love my recent purchase from Lily Charmed. This was my first purchase from Lily Charmed and I’m so impressed with the quality of my beautiful new cat heads and tail necklace. I treated myself to this with some money I recently received for my 40th Birthday and it’s the perfect necklace for a cat lover like me. I’m already looking at placing another order in the near future for the running shoe charm.

From start to finish, my experience with Lily Charmed has been first class! The website is easy to navigate, the delivery super quick, the packaging perfect and as for the charms... Gorgeous! I have made several purchases for gifts including a couple of gold necklaces and several charms, they truly are gems. Each item comes in its own little pretty pouch and box. This Independent family run British business is my top favourite discovery of 2026! I wish I'd found them earlier.

I have purchased and given bracelets and charms for 5 different ladies aged 21 to 70 and they have loved them. I have two more pending for birthday presents.

I purchased a charm collector (hand)in silver with chain. The charm is very detailed. As a nail tech I will hang a silver gel polish bottle on the charm collector, as this is the only way to express my profession. Responded very well on chat for questions. The packaging was good and cute (real jewellry feel). Very happy with my purchase! Thank you!

I’ve purchased multiple charms from Lily Charmed over time and have always loved the quality and uniqueness of their pieces. Recently, I had an issue with the clasp on a Custard Cream charm, and with only a few days to go before Christmas, I genuinely thought it would be impossible to return it and receive a replacement in time.

That was until I spoke to an incredible member of their customer service team, Kay (I hope she won’t mind me mentioning her by name). Without me needing to go into detail about why it mattered so much to have the charm before Christmas Day, she completely understood the urgency and made it happen, and in doing so, made a 7-year-old extremely happy.

Kay was brilliant from the very start: trusting, empathetic, proactive and genuinely kind. I was honestly blown away by her willingness to help and the care she showed throughout the process. It’s people like her who make you want to continue supporting a business.

Item looks nothing like the photo it's very small. I ordered an engraved item which is stated buried in their returns isn't refundable however they say this is very clear which it isn't or I wouldn't have ordered. After 3 times reaching out and waiting nearly 2 weeks they have declined my refund without answering my questions or explaining why its not clearly stated. Glad I got this on black Friday sale so it wasn't almost £50 however still a waste of money that was meant to be a lovely Christmas present.

You can tell the jewelry is high quality. I had previously made the mistake of buying a really cheap version of the same piece I saw on lilycharmed and it broke off after the first week and I ended up having to buy the original anyway. Cheap really is expensive. Now that I’ve bought it, I can immediately see a difference in the quality, and knowing that it’s made by an independent family business just makes it feel that much better to wear.

I have bought two charms for my Granddaughter for Birthday gifts and just ordered another for Christmas , arrived promptly and well packaged . A lovely selection of charms and Jewellery and really well made . Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again from Lilly charmed .
