Lili Waste are proactive in managing our waste needs including advice on how money can be saved. They have a "Business Improvement Team" dedicated to giving the right service at the right price. Our contact is Jonny who is always available to advise us on our waste collections and current/future waste legislation and how that will impact us

Customer focused
I found their representative most helpful in adjusting our waste uplift agreement to what best suit our needs. He is now providing weekly data on uplifts so we can assess how well the updated agreement is actually working for us.

We have recently made the switch to using Lilli Waste and I'm extremely satisfied. They are always on time and efficient.
