We started a house extension which went on for several years. Lightfoots were very helpful with ending the contract with those builders so that we could move ahead with new builders.

I have used Lightfoots Solicitors for many years and the service has always been excellent, from the receptionists through to the solicitor I dealt with at the time.
Currently, Hayley is my solicitor within the firm; she has overseen my three sales/purchases in the last few months and has been patient and helpful throughout.
She goes above and beyond to help, her knowledge is excellent, and she explains things when required in layman's terms.
I wouldn't use anyone else for my conveyancing or any other legal work I required.
