Our house completed very quickly

Initially that they were prepared to take on the work required. I dealt with Sabrina who recommended that I seek independent financial advice before commencing. I was provided with a detailed breakdown of the anticipated cost of the work. Having arranged to proceed Sabrina provided me with regular updates via email and promptly responded to my own emails to her. The work was completed in a timely manner.

We had an excellent experience with Katie as our Senior Conveyancer during our house purchase. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and Katie was always very responsive and took the time to ensure we understood every step of the process. She kept us up to date along the way and was proactive throughout. Post-completion we faced a few issues with the property and Katie was very supportive and on hand to offer us advice, ultimately helping us to come to an amicable resolution. We highly recommend Katie at Lightfoots and cant thank her enough for making our first house purchase as smooth and stress free as possible!
