This company looks plausible online but it's a scam. I ordered a dozen fluorescent replacement bulbs for stair-lighting, of a type you can't buy any more in shops. Lightbulbcheap took the money, claiming the goods had been despatched, and gave a tracking link, but over a week later nothing had arrived, and the tracking link only ever tells you there is no information and to "try again tomorrow". So you go to customer service: it turns out there's no link to use the supposed chat facility, and on dialling the phone number a recorded message says the company is "temporarily unavailable by phone". If you email them, a day later the message bounces back saying it couldn't be delivered. Avoid!

This is a scam. I wish I read these reviews first. They take your money and do not supply the goods. They do not reply to e-mails and now e-mails are being sent back to me unknown delivery address.

This company is a scam it takes your money and doesn't ship your items! Beware do not order. Please join me in reporting them to national cyber security center. They'll send a confirmation email and then later send and say the item is unavailable.

Ordered a florescent tube replacement on 28/08/2026. Payment for item and delivery costs was taken when online order was completed. I was sent an email with order confirmation, including order number and invoice number. After a few days with no update about delivery I emailed. I eventually received an email mail to say item was no longer available. No mention of refunding the payment. Now my emails are failing to deliver to the very address from which I received the confirmation. So, item not delivered but payment was kept. There is a word for that...
Customer service is non-existent in this company. None of my queries have actually been answered. Terrible.
Update (15/09/2026): Today my bank informed me that it detected that my debit card and details were compromised and they issued me with a replacement. Luckily the purchase amount was under £10 but still, it's fraud. The individuals probably tried to use the card unsuccessfully. The company is fake and the people are scammers. Beware!!
Update 27/09/2026: the 'company' finally responded on 24th September to say the order I paid for had indeed been cancelled and a refund would be processed. The payment was indeed refunded to my account on 27/09.
Although my money was refunded, I would never do business with them again as the communication is extremely poor and their trading practices are questionable, at the very least.

same as everyone else ordered bulbs on 16/8/26 for my shop, got an email saying one of the items were out of stock but due in in 2 days time would i be happy to wait a little for them. 10 days later NO update NO bulbs, sent emails Failed to deliver, Alarm bells !! I been scammed

How on earth is this company still operating? I'm kicking myself for not (which is unlike me) looking at reviews prior to ordering bulbs. As others have said, an items shows as 'in stock' so you buy it, only to then get an email saying it's out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in. That was 3 months ago and there is absolutely no way of communicating with them - I've tried everything (phone, email, Whatsapp) , even resorting to finding the CEO (laughable title for a scam company!) on LinkedIn and direct messaging him but surprise, surprise no response. It beggars belief that this is allowed to continue. DO NOT USE!

Pure scam ordered bulbs to save our school money but looks like we lost our money as this is just a scam and still advertising all over the internet how can this be .DONT ORDER OFF THIS SCUM COMPANY ADDRESS IS FALSE ,NUMBERS DONT WORK and google sort your act out as your assisting theft with every order

I ordered tube light and still waiting from them to send . Its scam .AI reply and no way to call them .no delivery receive no reply .dnt buy anything from them

I can't add any more than all the other reviews! My order never came. They are impossible to contact. Phone and email doesn't work. Whatsapp doesn't work. perhaps someone in the Netherlands could report them to the police there? If that's where they are.

Ordered bulbs. Didn't arrive. Emailed and automatic return. No response after several weeks. Will now try and claim my money back.

Ordered the goods in February 2026 and am still awaiting delivery or refund, both of which are unlikely as they seem to have disappeared of the face of the earth. I have tried the WhatsApp link and email but neither work. The AI bot on WhatsApp advised that someone would contact me but still no joy. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. One star rating flatters them but it the lowest I can give. Learn from the mine, and the experiences of others who have written very similar reviews, and avoid this company.

Don’t buy from this company, I bought 6 T8 cool white lighting tubes, everything was easy to purchase and they say it would arrive undamaged.
This is totally incorrect as I had 2 tubes smashed. The next bit is the nightmare.

No matter what you do they don’t respond, even when you use the WhatsApp channel, you end up loading everything in only to be told they are too busy. Shocking, no matter what I done I got no response. They take your money and run

No communication, when you order you get a nice reply but then it is downhill.
Email that part of the order is not available, reply to the email address and it cannot be delivered. Use Whatsapp communication and you get an AI response then nothing.
STEER Clear

Products arrived well packaged but after a delay. The communication could have been better and I thought initially that I would not receive anything. To the owners, if you can improve your communications this will assist.

As the name says, it's cheap. But it’s not for the bulbs but for the experience. They basically took your money and pooooffff disappear. Support is nonexistent. Items, even the in-stock ones, never arrive.
So if there is a slight chance, you can buy the lightbulbs anywhere else, go and buy them there and avoid this “shop”

Scam site , get your money back from PayPal as soon as you can you will not ever receive goods.

I order 57 euro of lightbulbs on the 15th and when I hadn't received them by day 12, I sent two chat messages with the account number a day apart and also an email to their customer service line. When they didn't respond to any of my attempted to find out when I might expect the order, I contacted PayPal to request a refund. Don't order from them!!!

No order confirmation and customer service contact information doesn’t work. Claims to deliver next day but received no despatch info either. Avoid this website, possibly a scam site set up in the Netherlands. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so claimed a refund after 5 days of no communication

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Complete scam. Take your money and no order. The website looks legit but your experience will frustrate you plus you’ll be out of pocket. Try and click on the ‘complaints’ button on the site… it doesn’t work. The WhatsApp spills out a generated AI repeated response, the email address doesn’t go through, it gets returned undelivered.
I should have checked Trustpilot.nl (Netherlands) the reviews are shocking.
