We appreciate the feedback and sorry to hear about this issue. We can see that your order was shipped out 24/6, a day after you made the purchase, through Australia Post and the courier attempted delivery on 25/6 as per tracking. Since no one was home on the time of delivery, they left a card and brought this back to their local post office in Bundoora, awaiting collection. It was finally collected on 28/6. The tracking shows there was no delay as the courier attempted delivery on 25/6 however no one was home to accept and they do not see any safe place to leave the parcel. While there was no problem with the…
While there was no problem with the Recumbent Exercise Bike, there were problems with its delivery. I was told I would receive a text stating the arrival time of the delivery. That didn't happen, the truck driver turned up unannounced, and if I hadn't have heard him, would have left the bike and pallet in front of the garage. I have MS, so have mobility problems. It says on the advertisement that this bike was 45 kgs but the delivery docket says 210 kgs. So how does a disabled person move something so heavy? And the delivery driver has major attitude problems. Other than that, all ok!

We appreciate the comment and we're sorry to hear about this incident.
As we are a medium sized company, we do not have an inhouse courier service that can fulfill our deliveries. We have to tap in a third party courier to complete shipping for us. On our end, we will promptly hand the item over to the courier for them to get the freight to our customers. We forward the customer's contact details which would be written on the shipping labels as well for the driver to reach out. However, sending SMS is not a guarantee as it will still depend on the assigned driver if they will contact the customer if it is onboard for delivery. We will address this matter with the courier to ensure we can improve our services to our customers.
Good and also a tiny bit bad
Shipping was a bit late by 2 days but came in great condition. The treadmill it self is pretty nice it does look a bit bigger in the picture but it’s still decent. Walking and running are great but there really isn’t any incline like when I put it to 15 it’s like I can’t even feel it vs with a commercial treadmill 15 incline would be super steep. But it’s a good machine and has good speed options.

Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear about this delay. On our end, the order has been promptly dispatched as we have posted this out after we received the payment. Unfortunately, as we are only a medium sized company, we rely on third party agents to complete our logistics for delivery across the country. We have mentioned on our delivery guidelines (https://www.lifespanfitness.com.au/pages/delivery-and-pick-up-information) about the wait times and that these are all estimates as unforeseen circumstances might occur during transport which would cause the delay. However, in the event of delays, our team would be happy to help with chasing this up with the courier as soon as you let us know.
