Tarek who installed did an excellent quick job. The salesman was very pushy. The original was told the water softener would last 20 yrs. Then I am told every 5 yrs the scale solver needs to be changed.

To clarify, the LifeSource Water System tank itself is designed to last many years, which may have been the reference you heard during the initial consultation. The ScaleSolver, however, is a separate component designed to optimize scale prevention and typically requires replacement approximately every 5 years. This replacement helps ensure the system continues performing at its best. We truly value your business and want you to have the best experience possible with your system. I’ve had Lifesource water systems at my last 3 properties over the last 25 years. I’ve been very satisfied and my wife who is even more informed than me is just as thrilled! Roger Fausto is my guy if you want someone to talk to.

Hard to get services. The system is very bad compare what I have. For much cheaper and better services.
Salemade his commission and disappeared

I am satisfied with the product…

I am satisfied with the product overall. The technicians are great and consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. My only concern is that I do not recall being advised by the salesperson at the time of purchase that the product’s lifetime is five years. As a result, my system had to be replaced.
