Tarek who installed did an excellent quick job. The salesman was very pushy. The original was told the water softener would last 20 yrs. Then I am told every 5 yrs the scale solver needs to be changed.

The ScaleSolver, however, is a separate component designed to optimize scale prevention and typically requires replacement approximately every 5 years. I am satisfied with the product…
I am satisfied with the product overall. The technicians are great and consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. My only concern is that I do not recall being advised by the salesperson at the time of purchase that the product’s lifetime is five years. As a result, my system had to be replaced.
