Pleasant Experience

The installer showed up at the beginning of the installation window and very efficiently installed the new filters. He was professional and friendly.
The team on the phone who set up the installation were also professional and friendly.
It was a pleasant experience all around.

Life360 source filtration replacement

Life360 source representative came out to replace my filtration tank. He was very quick and professional in and out. I am really happy and satisfied with life source and the water it provides throughout my home. Only concern was that I did not know it had to be replaced every five years upon initial installation. I do not believe that was revealed to me and it is not cheap other than that positive experience.

ordered new scale tank replacement

ordered new scale tank replacement. Richard was not helpful nor did he follow up with the install. when i called for install i was not given anyone local to do the install 2x and the second demanded cash! they both wanted to charge over 250 for travel fees and the install itself was 220

Happy Lifesource customers

We have been Lifesource Water customers for over a decade and are extremely happy with our systems. Since there are no chemicals in the process we use the backwash to irrigate our flower beds. The system is elegantly simple and we have clean, filtered water from every tap. The scale solver unit eliminates the scaly buildup on dishes and fixtures while leaving the minerals in the water and not adding unnecessary salt. Once it is installed it is set it and forget it. The only maintenance point we have is a pre-sediment filter after the main, that removes iron and other contaminants before they enter the filter unit. Simple quarterly filter change.

I had a plumber here today

I had a plumber here today. Since installing my new scale tank, I no longer have hot water to one of my showers. He said it likely wasn’t blown out enough. And, my kitchen faucet clogs with minerals several times a day requiring I unscrew it to clean out. Very inconvenient.
