2 pairs of sandals and a bag later… I love Liberte for not only the quality, which is excellent but how functional and comfortable these beautiful pieces are.

Liberate sandals are beautifully made. I had to exchange them for a larger size. They had to be shipped across the border for the exchange and it all went smoothly and quickly. The new ones arrived quickly and were perfect. I love them and will purchase another pair soon. They’re the best quality on the market.

Great no problem at all

I urge you to check all the negative reviews before using this shoddy company and don’t be fooled like we were. My partner placed an order on the 24th November and received a tracking number, but the item was never actually shipped. It’s past the expected delivery window, and the package is apparently sitting in Bali since the 24th Nov. They make it impossible to use the submit enquiry portal on the website, so he reached out to their support via email. He requested a refund since the order was never fulfilled. They failed their delivery obligations and because the shoes were a gift they are no longer required.

They also use utterly misleading USD pricing rather AUD so your purchase ends up being way more than you’d expect.
Very disappointing experience overall avoid at all costs it’s just not worth the headache.

The Capri sandals finally arrived today after 19 days, and I’m honestly furious at how disappointing they are. The quality is nowhere near the price point. They arrived dirty, covered in fluff from the cheap bag they were sent in—no box at all.

The so-called “leather” layer they claim to use is warped, poorly glued, and already lifting, despite the shoes never being worn. The soles are made of cheap, ultra-light foam that clearly wouldn’t survive normal wear. And they stink.

Their slick marketing makes you believe you’re buying a premium product, but the reality is these sandals feel like something you’d find for $10–$20 at Kmart.

A complete waste of time and money.

Carmela completely ignored the evidence of the damage I provided and simply directed me to the generic returns page—so now I’m expected to waste even more time filling out forms, paying for return shipping, and dealing with further inconvenience. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY!

I absolutely love my sandals. So much so that I ordered a second pair so that I wouldn’t wear one out so much and that I would have a pair to wear that or a little nicer. They’re very very comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful purse. 10/10 leather is silky, tassels are perfect. Sits well on shoulder. Shipping was fast, no additional fees or duty to Canada

I love these sandals! They’re everything I was hoping for. They fit well, look amazing, and are super comfortable. The leather is high quality and I’m impressed with how comfortable they are.

Ordering was easy.

I like the European sizing as I find if I get a 39 (like with Birkenstocks or Naot sandals) the fit is always perfect.

I do have a bit wider food and lateral bunions, so the wide fit worked for me.

I have been wearing them almost nonstop since I got them a month ago!

These sandals (capri) that I purchased are the most comfortable I have ever owned. The leather is very soft and the sole fits like a glove.

The quality of their product is ZERO! Just by packing your goods in a muslin cloth dust bag does not make your product good! Their quality is lower than a Shein.
Design & looks are good. The images of their product on their website is very deceiving. Quality is ridiculous and the smell of their goods may give you a headache..

Do not fall for the great looking shoes in their ads. I bought the Kyoto sandal. The DHL bag smelled like an oil tanker. Guess what? They could not even put the shoes in a box. They came in a cloth bag. The cloth bag had me over-powered by that same "oil tanker spill" smell. These shoes are so out of line with their glossy advertising, they are not even confident enough to emboss or imprint their shoe soles with their company name. The inside of the cloth bag was traced with a black substance. Are you kidding me? Are these shoes even safe to be up against my skin? I took a chance on these shoes. If you are getting pulled in by their ads and mixed reviews, DON'T DO IT! Move on. UGH! I was not pleasantly surprised.

My sandals are an even better color than on the website, lightweight & comfy right out of the box. The selection , pricing and product fit are really good too.

Purchased my second pair of shoes/sandals from Liberty. The quality is great. Both pair are comfortable and very cute. Price is right and delivery time was fast. Would definitely order again

Do not fall for the positive reviews. These shoes are overpriced with low quality materials. The foam sole is hard as a rock, so very uncomfortable for walking. And they smell like petroleum products, not leather.

You have to pay to return them, shipped to wherever they want you to ship the shoes to. Very frustrating to receive shoes that are so low quality at such a high price.

They definitely delete any and all negative reviews and comments from their website and socials.

I ordered a pair back in March. The sandals smelled bad. Like chemicals and strong glue odor. The quality is subpar. The sole is made of foam. Not worth the money, it's something I could buy at Giant Tiger (Canada) for $20. I ended up paying over $20 to ship them bac and to this day (June) I haven't received my refund.

I was disappointed in the quality of the sandals. I bought them for a European holiday and they look absolutely terrible after 4-5 wears.

The leather is very thin and after the first wear there were scratches.

After a couple of weeks wear they are too embarrassing to wear. I left them behind in a hotel as they weren’t worth bringing home.

For the price, there are certainly better quality options out there.

These sandals are not leather. They have a weird texture and smell of chemicals not leather. I have repeatedly tried to fill out return and refund form only to have it not accept my email and order number. I have emailed them multiple times only to be referred back to the defective online form. No resolution despite their claim of 30 day return window. Lesson learned to thoroughly check out these companies advertising on Instagram and not be sucked in.

Update: I did finally get help with my return and was refunded. However, it cost $20 to ship them back.

Cheap quality and misleading advertising. No branding on the shoes, I'm sure these are not leather. They smell of chemical and feel plastic. Came in no box or receipt from seller. The sole is cheap rubber and won't last long. Terribly disappointed. To add 2/7/25. I filed a Credit Card Charge Back with my bank and received a full refund.
