No dress !! Terrible experience

Terrible experience. She said she was closing her dress business and I made an order as I liked her stuff. She sent a dispatch email but it never arrived, she's taken down her website and deleted her instagram page after ignoring my enquiries about where my dress is.

Ghosted

As others have stated, I ordered a dress and never recieved any type of notice. I recently recalled seeing her story on Instagram about a month or so ago about dresses being made and shipped. Yet I did not get a notification that my dress was delivered and I never recieved a dress. I went to go see about contacting her but all her websites and Instagram are gone. Im not sure about her tik tok but I hope she is banned from all of her accounts for poor business practices. I already disputed my purchase and if you havent I would say you better do the same!

She ghosted me and stole my dress

I ordered my patchwork dress back in December of 2024. I’m in the US so I didn’t get it until March. I received in with a big hole in it and the patch was frayed. Not an easy fix for someone with no sewing experience. So I contact her. She tells me I can send it back to be fixed and if I show the receipt, she will cover the cost for shipping, fix it same day, and send it back out immediately. Life happened and end of June I emailed her again asking if the offer still stood. She agreed! And I thought that was very generous so I agreed to cover the cost of shipping to her. I sent it out first week of July. I let her know via email to expect it within 6-10 days. I tracked it and it arrived to her!

But she ghosted.

I had emailed her a handful of times over a few weeks. I finally had to reach out on Instagram and she said she’d check her email. Still no response. Still no dress as of September 8. I tried to reach out via Instagram and her website again this morning. Now both are gone LOL. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. So not only am I out the cost of the dress, but I’m also out the extra $30 for shipping it back to her.

I’ve been in contact with another girl who never had her dress show up and when it finally did, it was entirely the wrong size and had small holes in it from where she messed up sewing it.

To see this woman not properly fulfilling her orders but posting on her book TikTok account is so maddening and disheartening. It’s such a shame she’s scammed so many people. No wonder her shop is closing.

I had to resort to messaging her husband on September 15th on Instagram and asking him if he knows his wife steals money from customers. It’s the only thing that got me a response from her. She has been giving me the run around about a refund since. She’s asked for my bank info multiple times and obviously I did not trust her with that. She snarkily responded “all you can do is send money to it” when I asked if we could use PayPal for my protection. She asked for the email about a month ago and she hasn’t responded since. The fact she views this behavior as acceptable is insane and disgusting. I can’t believe she gets to continue to have a platform.

Jess announced that she was closing her…

Jess announced that she was closing her dress making business and after having my eye on some for a while I finally bought one before she closed. I was so excited to have the perfect gingham milkmaid dress!

Purchased 30th June and waited the mentioned 4 weeks dispatch window. Nothing.
Emailed saying that I understood she might have had a big influx of orders due to closing and that delays happen, I was still happy but would just like an updated eta. No response. Despite her posting in her Instagram story that she would be replying to emails that weekend.

A week later (06/08) I get a dispatch notification! Great right? No. It never shows. Now I'm aware she only posts First Class and not a tracked service unless you choose this option - but my order of 1 dress qualified for free shipping and didn't give me any other option. I work in shipping myself and know how long a Royal Mail parcel takes to get from A to B using First Class, and it's not weeks.

So I wait till the 13/08 and it still hasn't arrived. I email to let her know.
No response (which reading all the other reviews, I should not be shocked by).

I reach out on Instagram on the 16th, no response.

I reach out by email again on the 18th, no response.

I have now paused my final Klarna payment, and reported an issue with the seller because I'm not paying anything more until I receive the item or she confirms that she never actually made or intended to make it.

19/08 she finally responds to my Instagram DM with "Hi there! Sure thing whats up?" - I had said what's up in my DM but reiterated it again and was told she would look into it that evening after work.

Cut to today 20/08 - I didn't receive a reply to my email last night and she's posting again in her Instagram story how all dresses have been made and shipped.

I'm not confident that my dress will show up and if it doesn't I will be escalating this further. In all honesty, if I had seen all these reviews before ordering, it would have put me off ordering entirely.

She's starting up her prints business again and is also actively posting on tiktok about a book she's now writing - I wouldn't be confident as a buyer or interested party of any of those, that they'd show with how she's decided to run her clothing business.

No one, I repeat, no one has that amount of problems with sending parcels via Royal Mail - and if you do, maybe you're the problem babe.

Side note - she has since changed her website URL to gibbyprint.com instead of Leveret by Jessica, just to confirm that those are the same website. Further reviews of her store can be found on trust pilot just under Leveret (1.5 rating).

missing items and no response :/

I ordered 3 items from the shop and sent my measurements. After waiting a while, I received my parcel but it only included two of the three items i ordered. One item was very unlike the image online and was not made with the measurements I provided. Another item was missing completely. I reached out several times through instagram and email to try and resolve the problem but was completely ignored. In the end I had to create a dispute with my bank to get the money back for the missing item and incorrect item since it was clear that the shop was never going to get back to me. I have since won the dispute and got my money back and have still heard nothing from the shop. It’s so sad to see a small business operate so poorly and I wish i saw the other bad reviews before spending so much money.

I placed an order on March 9th for two custom dresses. The stated turnaround time was four weeks — I waited over eight weeks with zero communication. I emailed multiple times and was ignored. When I finally got a response, there was no proof of dispatch, no tracking, and the seller blamed the lack of delivery on Royal Mail — despite never confirming the items were even sent.

I was told replacements could be made, but only if I lifted the Klarna payment suspension first — meaning I would have no protection if the dresses didn’t arrive again. I reasonably said I’d confirm payment once I received the items with tracking. After that, she stopped replying entirely to my four follow-up messages.

In the end, I had to escalate with Klarna and was finally refunded on June 5th — nearly three months after ordering, and without ever receiving a single item.

It’s such a shame...I wanted to support a small, women-owned business. But this experience has completely shaken my trust. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service is unacceptable.

Avoid this business at all costs.

Ordered a dress in October but it never…

Ordered a dress in October but it never showed, never got confirmation it shipped and had to reach out through multiple emails for a response. She claimed to send a replacement but never provided any proof anything had been shipped. After 6 months of waiting I asked for a refund when she claimed she was going to work on. It’s been over a month since then and she won’t respond to me and I still haven’t received a refund.

Took my money and ghosted

Took my money and ghosted.

I had been eyeing this shop for a while, as I like to support slow fashion and small businesses. Jessica’s dress designs were exactly in my style, and size inclusive. I finally gave in when she had a sale going on, and ordered two items on February 7th. I understood that there would be a four week turnaround, as there usually is with made to order items.

On February 26th, I received an automated email stating that my order had been shipped out. Thankfully I work from home most of the time so I had been checking my mailbox almost every single day.

On March 22nd, I finally received only one of the items, in a completely wrong size. At first at thought I had made a mistake, but I checked my order again and measured the garment, coming to the conclusion that she sent me someone else’s order. I emailed her with photos and asked if it would be best for her if I sent it back. I also asked her about the other item I had been waiting for.

On April 4th, I sent a follow up email because I had gotten no response. She finally got back to me the next day (April 5th) saying that she would like it back, but that she would remake it in my correct size. She also said she shipped out the other item at the same time, but that she would make me another dress, and send both items out on Monday, April 7th.

I sent back the wrong sized item, and paid international postage (as I’m in the US and it was over $20). I sent her another email on April 24th, because I saw that it was delivered back to her on April 14th, and wanted to verify that she did indeed get it back.

It is now May 7th, a full three months after I first put in my order, and I haven’t received a single thing. I read her other trustpilot page, now taken down, full of other stories very similar to mine. I wish I had read them before giving her my money. I am going to try to get a refund with my bank, but since she refuses to take accountability, I may not see that money again. She also blocks anyone who calls her out.

Such a shame as her stuff is pretty, but I am not even convinced my things ever got made.
