This review guide asks me to be "Honest, helpful and constructive" so here goes. My sister and I always share videos for George's Bakery with each other, because it looks so good, so imagine my delight when she bought me a postal box for my birthday 🎂. Unfortunately the packaging was not up to scratch and some of the contents were damaged. She took pictures and sent them off to the company, not expecting to get replacements but a response at least. She heard nothing, I posted on a FB post and asked if they read emails .. they responded but said they didn't think the email was worth responding to. This review, George's Bakery, is exactly why the email was worth responding to because not only were your bakes disappointing, this also matches your attitude to your customers. To anyone else reading this , I am absolutely certain that if you have a look on your local business hub you will find a baker with a better product and better attitude than these guys.
Really poor

Dry cake. Cheap ingredients. Tasteless. Just people following the crowd on social media. Don't recommend wasting money

We ordered 3 slices including postage which was £21, each piece was a great size. They came quickly, which is good - because I was excited! The Banoffee millionaire was aMazing, definitely our favourite. As a Baker I try to try other bakers cake as regularly as my waistline will allow! My son's both loved the cornflake square with the caramel centre too. I'd been following his videos on Facebook for a while and I'm so glad we got them. Great work, and that Banoffee millionaire is 😚👌 The base was yumm (great texture too), the caramel, the topping. Just yum!!!

I have tried a variety of GF treat boxes all over this country and other countries (New York, Vegas, Spain) and these are by far the best i've ever had. The portion size is unbelievable. I feel being gf i have to accept smaller portions with most food items but this wasn't the case. Very generous ingredients and very good ratio of flavours and textures. Will definitely be ordering again.

2 orders made. First order was caramac balls and most recently (today) Choc brownie, buttercream tipped with treacle. Scrumptious! Arrived promptly.

Would definitely recommend.

Would love to see treats available all week not just 2 postal drops per week but you can’t have it all. Treats sell out as pretty much as soon as it gets to 8pm so you have to be quick.
