We love the team at lever! They are so helpful. The platform is easy to use and is very flexible.

Lever is extremely easy to use and having the ability implement and build the system per our specific needs was very helpful. Having all of the tools and steps in one system has made our recruiting process more efficient.

My team moved to Lever for improved data integrity, improved email sync and cumulative scoring. Compared to the previous ATS we were using, we have found the implementation process to be smoother and the support team is helpful.

We are very satisfied with our decision to purchase Lever as our adjuvant tracking system. The ease of use and implementation was fantastic. The communication amongst our teams regarding candidates has vastly improved. The administrative portion of a recruiters job is much quicker saving time to source and manage jobs and candidates.

I love the clean user interface in Lever and how easy it is to learn how to use. I love all the the (seemingly) simple features that make a huge difference in the candidate experience (ie. easy scheduling, email templates, delayed email feature, offer letter integration, interview feedback reminders, etc). The support team is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The launchpad site with hundreds of posts on how to use the features is invaluable.

Best ATS I've worked with. Scheduling is super easy with scheduling links and google calendar integration. The one downfall is that there is no Zoom integration for the startup-tier plan. You have to upgrade to a higher tier for that, which isn't terrible but would be nice to have as an early stage company

Not sure if its Lever customers or Lever themselves writing the positive Reviews. I am head of TA at a startup and Lever's reporting is horrible. I ask to download candidate metrics on how many mgr screens, onsites, offer pendings, hires, offer declines etc. (without the thousand of candidates names just the count)
Pretty simple right? Customer support told me"we can't do that you will need to cut and paste on a spread sheet then do it manually". The score card also has simple limitations. I ask to create different categories (titles) then the ability to score each interview category separtly for example Coding, Architecture & Design, Culture, Collaboration/Communitation and the ability to score each separtely and it is taking 4 biz days thus far and still no help to make this happen. I don't think they can. Jobvite or Greenhouse for me next year.

With our old process the problem we ran into was it was hard to collaborate with hiring managers As we scaled we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice. I've never seen hiring managers and recruiters so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option

My experience implementing and working with Lever was far superior to my experience utilizing Workday in a previous organization. Lever is user friendly and has integration options with other software like Slack and Zoom that make it easy to weave into an improve an existing process with minimal disruption to the broader recruitment team. We were fully guided and supported during our implementation period and I felt like a super user by launch day!

Katie Parides was amazing with the implementation process. She explained all aspects of Lever very clearly and always answered my questions. Lever has worked in improving my companies organization with the hiring process. I love how you can email candidate and insert Easy Book Links with your calendar to schedule interviews. The Email templates are great too! I would overall recommend Lever to all companies hiring large amounts of people at once.
