We have been customers of Lever for a while and for some reason we can't get a response or reply for the last three months. We've reached out multiple times and still nothing. Very disappointing.

The ability to customize the interview feedback forms using metric based systems.
Easy Book app is a great feature and has taken over a previous similar paid app that we were using.
If you ever get stuck for whatever reason, the help center covers almost every aspect and is well written and easily understood
Great software for ATS
Great ATS for a growing company!
Recently implemented and this tool has been phenomenal. It has reduced the time we have to spend with administrative tasks and update. Interview scheduling is easier and cleaner. The reporting allows for greater insights to what is happening in the Recruiting space.
The easy user face and intuitiveness of the system has increased adoption of use by Hiring Managers and Interview team, decreasing what the Recruiter needs to manually enter in the system.
Applicant Tracking made EASY!
Our old process involved tracking candidates by manually entering them into a spreadsheet. This led to many candidates falling through the cracks especially when we forgot to update the spreadsheet with the most recent status. The implementation of Lever was incredibly well-received by all staff and hiring managers which has led to increased responsiveness and feedback - ultimately streamlining our hiring process and reducing our time to fill. Our designated Implementation Specialist Katie was so great to work with and made sure we were set up to succeed once implementation was completed. The functionality and ability to customize the platform is extensive and it integrates with many HRIS, Payroll, and SSO systems. (i.e. ADP & Okta in our case).

Good Recruitment System TERRIBLE support
The recruitment functions are good if they work. My docusign broke and all they did was send me a link to a document what is far to technical to re integrate, i asked for help they told me to go to my internal IT team, being a start up not v helpful if you don't have one!!! So now im using it with out docusign
We changed email server and they locked us out for 2 weeks we were getting "clear your cash" absolutely terrible service with no idea what they are doing.
Finally when i did speak with someone they understood what lever had done and fixed it all! But now i cant send offers and 4 days later again no resolution or response, if you get lever hopefully it works for you because if it doesn't your on your own!

We moved from Hiring Thing to Lever over the past 8 weeks and I am extremely happy with Lever. The process was well timed and planned. Our project manager made it easy to understand the milestones and kept us focused as we made decisions.

Awesome experience
Awesome candidate and recruiter-centric features and reporting out of the box, and automation/customization to make the workflow smoother and faster. Great implementation and training experience as well, was able to get the platform live in a compressed amount of time. Support team is responsive and helpful. Great knowledge base to use during implementation and post go-live.
A great tool to support with hiring in a scale-up phase
My company is going through an exciting scale-up stage, and to support the company with hiring efforts; we decided to modernize our recruitment stack.
Implementing Lever was very easy across the whole organisation - the implementation specialist - Katie - offered top-notch support during the whole implementation journey. The migration of candidate data from our previous ATS went seamless.
Since adoption, the hiring team saved lots of time in sourcing and gathering the interview feedback, allowing us to automate several critical tasks.
Lever has all of the features we were looking for - an easy to set up careers page, configurable roles and permissions, feedback forms, communication templates, customizable steps in the interview process, scheduling, referrals, internal applications management and a compelling customizable analytics dashboard.
And above all, it has a game-changing Nurture feature that Lever is the only ATS I'm aware of offers that allow the team to engage candidates at scale through personalized email campaigns.
Cons: Not a big issue, however worth mentioning:
i)my previous ATS had a mobile app I used daily - Lever doesn't have one
ii) there's no local support in Europe which leads to either asynchronous communication per email or meetings that can take place late afternoon only.
iii) impossible to upload a picture (of the hiring team, for example) to the job ad, something that was possible with my previous ATS
Lever ATS and implementation: A+
Transitioning from our previous ATS to Lever has been such an easy process. We have been able to continue to more our candidate/hiring pipeline forward as we continued to implement some of the other functions of lever.
Now that we are fully implemented into the Lever system it has provided us with better candidate management and reporting. I can't stress enough how thrilled we are with Lever and the difference it has made for us!
Great ATS for a small HR team
Lever provides valuable insights for a small HR team lacking a dedication recruiter. We were able to streamline our process, implement standardized feedback forms, and more easily communicate with candidates at every step of the process. We love having a single source of truth and know that Lever will be able to grow with our team.

Lever has helped us automate so many different things that we were previously doing manually - reporting, emailing candidates, interview scheduling, interview feedback.
Our recruiters can focus so much more on the candidate relationship experience.
Strong CRM+ATS tool
The implementation phase of Lever was superb (thanks to Katie), I also really like the customer care and the way the product team thinks of the roadmap of Lever.
The adoption of the product went well, our managers are very happy with that and recruiters as well.
The product is smart, it is limiting mistakes on the user end which is great. On the other hand, as we are a company of larger size, certain workflows are not granular enough and it creates issues on the go (as it is harder for us to set up certain automations or workflows). Also, Lever should work harder on their GDPR setup and make it more granular as it is needed for European based companies.
Lever's customer service with issues is…
Lever's customer service with issues is not good. Recently, they have had two critical core system functionality failures, with no forward communication.
Customer services response was "We are aware of the issue and will follow up." Nothing came from the organization as a whole. Only after going to my sales team did I get any deeper explanation. They keep telling that both issues are corrected, but one is not and it seems as their customer services is only looking at the surface of the problems. Customer Services approach is to first tell the customer they are doing something wrong. It takes many attempts, usually with escalation to a member of the sales team to get someone within engineering to listen to the issue.
Excellent ATS
We have recently implemented Lever, and so far it has been great. The whole procurement process was very efficient and demos were designed to our requirements. It is by far the best software implementation any of us have been involved with too, we had no issues or bugs to resolve.
We chose Lever due to it being a highly collaborative platform which for a matrix organisation was incredibly important for us. Our stakeholders were involved in choosing and implementing Lever which has been great in making sure Lever is fit for our purposes.
Lever has great features such as bulk actions, nurture campaigns, and a chrome extension.
All in all, we are very impressed!
