We were moving abroad so renting out our house was not only stressful but an absolute must for us to be able to afford the move. Toni spoke with us for as long as we needed on the phone, talking us through the process, advising and subsequently putting us in touch with other clients who rented UK house from overseas. LGL were relaxed about some minor changes I wanted to make to the agreement as a typical annoying lawyer. Once we got started Kim attended our home to ask some questions and discuss our goals and returned on another date to take photos and further discuss the plan. Kim was so on it with notifying us about viewings and interest and sharing our profile before it went live. After that we had some really positive viewings all of whom showed interest and in no time the property was rented at a fair price for all involved. Sim when LGL have kept in touch by WhatsApp and email and have completed a viewing. They also keep us updated on our tenants within reason as we were keen that they have a good experience and settle as they are also from overseas. We couldn’t be more grateful

Lets Go Let were on top of organizing maintenance work that needed doing (this can include items from new laws that get introduced when being a landlord). The communication between tenant and landlord was very good. I couldn't fault it.
