With regards to sizing it was a bit of a hit n hope it fits. The items were delivered very quickly no hassle. 1 item fit like a glove the other too big. It would be nice if returns were free like most other companies but it is what it is.

I have received my order, the quality is not as it is in the pictures. I have tried to go through returns process and it states I'm over the 14 days which I'm not it is only 8 days! There is no way of contacting by email or speaking to someone and the webcam is just automated responses which don't address the issues I'm facing! 😡

I placed an ordered with yourselves and I think the postage was roynd about £10 which I didn’t realise I had to pay postage. I need yo return few items and have been trying to process do I have to pay for the return of these items. If so I am afraid I will not be ordering on your site again as it would work out too expensive

I ordered 3 items on 13th October 22, and the payment has come out of my bank account but still haven't had my goods, its not even showing in my account either my order no. Is VV3881834131 to the cost of £65.20, which is a lot of money to throw away, I may have used another email to place my order but that shouldn't be an issue. Where are my goods

Tried to return goods, every time I tried to summit, I kept getting cut off. After many many tries I gave up and I have cloths that don't fit. Not happy with returns department.

Although this is a nice sweater the color is not as pictured. Most likely will return. I do not recommend.

I have no orders showing in my account and it has already been deducted from my bank account. I can't get ahold of customer service. I can't login to my account.

I recently ordered a dress via Facebook and it came really quickly and was nearly the same as the picture the only difference is it looked blue on the inside which was the only disappointment. The material is cheap but it is what I expected for the price. BUT saying that I followed the size guide and it fit perfectly and I absolutely love the dress!

Received my order and within 15 minutes of receiving, I logged on to return the item as too small only to receive a message saying I'm 30 days too late to return the order. I only ordered it last week and received today so how can I be 30 days too late. Anyway, for love nor money can I get past that message and can find no other way of contacting them. To me this seems deliberate so that consumers give up and end up keeping an item they do not want.

Update - managed to get hold of someone via Facebook who said they would get an email sent to me advising on how I could return the item. I got the said email which offered a discount to keep the item or I could request a returns label and they would deduct the postage. I requested a label but the email bounced back. So, again, I am left having to need about trying to contact them. Very poor customer service
