Sounds like you were successfully matched with an attorney, but that attorney did not follow up after you provided them with your available times. This is understandably frustrating, and we ask that you please try to contact the attorney again through our system. Check to see whether other attorneys have reached out to you as well. Sometimes, it takes a few tries for schedules to line up, especially if an attorney is called into court for an existing client.

Legal Match referred two attorneys
Legal Match referred two attorneys. The first Shannon Allen did not call during the scheduled appointment made by Legal Match. The second attorney Kelly Schwad took my initial call , was made aware of the urgency for appropriate documents to be issued in a timely manner. Several weeks past with no reply from Legal Match or the attorneys. I understand they may have to prioritize their workload however a simple call back from an office assistant could eliminate a customer’s anxiety and concerns.

3. If you permit us to share your contact information, interested lawyers respond to initiate a conversation.
4. At that time, you may schedule a consultation with one or more interested lawyers, during which you and each attorney determine whether there is a good fit for working together on your case.
Unfortunately, even when matched, some clients are unable to secure an attorney for a variety of reasons including bad timing (lawyers often need to prioritize their existing clients over potential new clients) and case details that don’t really align with the attorneys specialty.

A huge burden
My experience with LegalMatch was unpleasant. Despite my numerous pleas to be removed from their contact list, LegalMatch keeps in contacting me and my firm, leaving me with no choice but to share my negative experience with them.
LegalMatch created a huge burden on me as a young attorney and I greatly regret using their services. Even though I utilized their software the best I could and had a great response time for new leads, I had a hard time obtaining any satisfactory leads. I was trapped in my contract, despite dismal results after 6 months, and could not get out without paying money I did not have. Not only did I receive inadequate support throughout the entirety of the term, but my case manager went missing for several months, failing to respond to my inquiries. The costs for their services for my contract were the equivalent of several consult fees per month. In my experience, most if not all LegalMatch leads were expecting discounted rates and were unwilling to pay a consult fee.
But for the character limit I could go on, but overall, I would advise you avoid the frustration and LegalMatch altogether.

I needed to make some changes to my sister's estate, so I contacted John Donahue's from National legal solutions Ctr. They were very nice and willing to answer my questions. I got the changes I needed within a few days for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend John Donahue.

Great service!
Started receiving options almost immediately after posting my project. All lawyers seemed to fit well with my needs. After a number of 30 minute interviews and a little research, I was able to select a lawyer that I think will work out well.

I used an attorney from this site. The guy is a total con artist. The minute he was paid communication went down hill. I would have to send numerous emails and threaten to leave a review in order for him to respond. Find better representation elsewhere.

Unsolicited, high levels of emails until the company deleted my data
On August 8th, a day I was on vacation abroad and not even at my computer, I got 1 email thanking me for posting a question on this website that I hadn't posted.
Not sure where this or my data came from, the company says it was likely a bot, but I don't know how someone would have been allowed to create an account to my email address without having been sent a 'proove it's you / confirm your email address' message. I also don't understand what someone would have to gain by posting fake posts on the website for lawyers to contact.
When I got back from my vacation, I checked my history to see if I'd even visited this website - I hadn't ever visited this website before.
After this initial email on August 8th, I'd received an unacceptably high number of emails from this company on a daily basis whilst on my vacation. I'm talking multiple emails in a row, simply asking if I'd hired a lawyer. The sheer number of emails I was receiving, made me feel pretty harassed.
Then both me and my partner were getting phone calls and emails from lawyers as well.
In LESS than 3 weeks, I'd received OVER 170 emails directly from Legalmatch.com. The sheer number of emails made it seem like spam. The company has since taken my email address and deleted my data, and said there may have been multiple questions posted in my name and that's why I got so many emails - I only got one confirmation email of a question being posted, however.
My overall experience was unsolicited and negative, but I've added 1 star back since the company did deal with it afterwards, whatever this was.

Luke, since you did not post a case with LegalMatch, it sounds like someone else (perhaps a bot) may have submitted your email to our site. It also sounds like they probably posted multiple cases, which triggered several automation flows. To help prevent something like this from happening again, I am recommending the company add a CAPTCHA on that page. Please know that at the bottom of any email from us, you will find options to UNSUBSCRIBE or manage your preferences. In this instance, it's probably also a good idea to log in and delete the case(s) as you did not create them. If you email customersupport@legalmatch.com a team member will work with you to get everything deleted. They will just need your full name and email address. ~Jessie

Awful company that provides you with terrible leads, people with no money who waste your time, and a rude staff that refuses to help and harrasses you.
The leads are terrible, outright terrible. You're better off not adverstising than using them. They cost way too much, lock you in for 3 years, and do not care about their customers at all. Awful company.
Look at how they reply to their own customers to get a gauge of how they treat you. They do not give you legitimate and good leads, you can tell that because deliberately do not address it. It’s a fact. Run from this scam.

We want you to experience the kind of success we know is possible for you based on experiences like Attorney Sean N. from Nevada who says, “the return on investment is almost immediate and continuous as long as you continue to follow up on with the leads. As far as lead generation, it has been fabulous.”
Please note that we do offer shorter terms, and many attorneys (such as yourself) opt for the longer plan to save on monthly payments. With a three-year term, it's especially important to work closely with your account manager so they can provide individualized guidance and help you make the most of your membership.
