I won't even comment on the attorneys that were supposedly matched with me. But I will say this... yesterday, out of the blue, I get this phone call and the woman on the phone from LegalMatch Goes through her canned script and then hangs up the phone. Honestly, I felt as though I had been assaulted.

I feel degraded and insulted. When I called their phone number today that was on their website, the call goes nowhere.

And I have been scammed yet again.

Violates Federal laws regarding telephone solicitation.

I am on the Do Not Call list yet this garbage company still harasses me with illegal telephone solicitation.

Do not trust any “Lawyer referral” service that refuses to comply with Do Not Call Statutes.

They are trash.

Do not believe anything these lying, gaslighting, scammers say.

They thumb their noses at Federal law and can’t be trusted.

There is no exemption to Federal Do Not Call statutes since I have not ever done business with Legal Match and do not consent to their harassment.

Their cold call solicitations are illegal here.

They are NOT phoning a business and if the harassment continues I will sue them under CA’s robust anti telephone solicitation laws.

I am on both CA State and Federal do not call lists.

Any potential customer should ask themselves if they will treat any Contract with you with the same contempt they treat Federal and State laws designed to prevent phone harassment.

Truly a scummy company.

This company is horrible for attorneys. Total waste of my money and they won’t even buy my contract out. All the Leads suck. The statute of limitations expired 20 years ago, the person is looking for a defense attorney because they are uninsured and I only do Plaintiff injury work, the people have never gone to a medical doctor for treatment and the case is 2 years old, the company gives you a person to help you, and they want you to keep on emailing and calling people to sign them up, but there are no cases worth signing up. In fact they are not only stealing your money but wasting your greatest resource, your time! The company will try and blame you for not being quick to respond and not following up. The problem is, there hasn’t been one lead where I said wow this is a good case worth investing my time and money on. All the calls in the world can’t turn garbage into a gem! I can tell in 3 mins if a case is worth pursuing. I’ve been an attorney for about 36 years now.

This company is horrible. some how this company got my number when someone put in the wrong number. I have received multiple phone calls voicemails and text messages from lawyers. I called legalmatch to ask them to remove my number. the lady who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. She said she could not remove my number because it was associated with someone else. Why on earth would you not want the correct number?? She hung up on me and when I called back she put me on hold so I called back from a different number only for her to yell at me and tell me that I was the rude one. she told me she was the manager and I could not speak to anyone else. If this company does not remove my phone number then I will be the one to take legal action against them for harrassment

Don't you think you would want to get Gabriella Torres's correct information on file?? The number you have for her is MY PHONE NUMBER. What don't you people get about that??? What a waste of time

I am very pleased with Heidi Brownlee. She was fabulous. She is easy to talk to and she explained everything so well. She is very personable . She is so knowledgeable and made the process easy. I highly recommend Heidi! If I ever have a legal need again I will contact her.

This site gave me a lot of good feedback from attorneys and I found one who took my case. I initially used this site in September 2022 and I needed to find another attorney so I went to this site again.

05/27/24 LegalMatch calls our office regularly and we have asked them REPEATEDLY to remove us from their call list, and that our attorneys will not pay or contract for referrals. If the client would like to contact us directly we can respond appropriately....yet they continue to call, continue to be dishonest about the nature of their call to get past the people answering the phones. They have even insisted they are not a referral service and not asking for payment for the referral. I would not trust them.
05/21/25 UPDATE Legal Match is still harassing us-and I say harassing because we still get calls regularly (so far about 3 in the past weeks time) and EVERY time we ask if it is Legal Match and when they confirm we tell them that we have asked repeatedly that we be removed from their list and that they stop calling. It has not been done and it has been a year since the last review. They obviously encourage their employees to disregard any such request…Self-serving plug below by Legal Match notwithstanding,

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They call non-stop, the employees who call will say anything to bypass you to get to someone in charge, I have been hung up on, I have been on the other line and cannot pick up and they will continue to call. If I could block their number I would but they call from different lines constantly. Not sure where you get your employees but I have let the partners at the law firm know never to use this trash company.

If I could give a lower rating I would. This company provides HORRIBLE service, the site doesn't work well at all, the leads are subpar, they are ridiculously expensive, they frankly are among the worst lead services available.

Attorney Caleb King is phenomenal.
His proactive communication is significant. He has provided excellent guidelines through my process. I highly recommend him.
