I purchased RGB LED strips to light our external cross on our Church steeple. After various issues we finally got the cross lite only to find out that the LED lights started to flash multiple colors after a few days. After working with Scott of LED Supply we tracked the problem down to our LED strips are on a dusk to dawn timer and the RGB LED strip controller doesn't work with timers.

Fast shipping and great product, two reels of waterproof warm-white LED flex strip. The added mounting clips made the install as easy as it could be.
Already had a LED driver and dimmer so once connected in place everything works well and looks fantastic. Thank you.

Honest about the long lead time. I placed an order back in August, and I promptly got an email saying the unit was backordered (should've been listed as out of stock) and wouldn't ship until the end of October. Sure enough, near the latter half of October, the parts I ordered arrived.

The order process is very nice. Delivery is fairly fast. Scott in customer service is outstanding!!

I didn't have to wait for the service member to assist - between looking for a comparable part, sourcing one, and purchasing it, the time spent took less than a Google search. Thank you so much for the LED constant current driver, it wasn't OEM, but better!

Scott was a great help. I would assume that you have both repeat and 1 time only clients. Scott attention to detail and willingness to breakdown a project for me was perfect.

Website provided all the specs I needed and suggested the correct accessories to order. Product was shipped as advertised and arrived ahead of time. I can't vouch for the product itself since it will be a while before I integrate it into a one-of project.
