First off, they answer the phone and speak English. Secondly, they Have excellent choice of LED products and supplys and help offer solutions! Most everything they have "in stock". Prices are good and you dont have to order mass quanities (like on A), when you need only one item. Oh, by the way, they ship quickly. Made several orders on remodel project. Sales people are helpful and knowledgeable. Back their products and are honest. Will certainly use again when looking for LED lighting, channeling, power supplies, etc.

The electrical connectors on the led did not work well. It was very hard to get them to hold the wire. I was concerned I was going to break it

Look all over for LED Strip lights for my sauna, found LEDSupply online. After some research with other option I decided on them. Once I ordered I was told my shipment was out of stock and there was a considerable lead time, turns out almost 3 months. I decided to stay with the order. Recieved the order completely and was dumbfounded how terrible the instructions were to set up the system, LED strip, Voltage Transformer, remote controller, and the remote. I'm pretty handy but the product identifiers and the instructions were not making sense. I emailed Scott at LEDSupply a couple of times and his assistance got me through the installation. I know this doesn't really sound like a 5 star performance but Scott made all the difference in the world to me and That's why the rating. The product is also of excellent quality, brightness, and color. Great stuff and I'm completely satisfied.

I found the item I needed by looking around their site. Found what I was looking for. Service was good. My only concern was that shipping took waaaaay to long, it delayed my project by a week or more.

These are not durable at all. I bought two and tapped the first one with a hammer putting a staple around it to mount, I did not hit it that hard, light broke. Into the trash. The second one I had to cut the wire to get the plug through, cut the giant white wire to find two 18 gauge wires inside. To add injury to insult the wires are brown and blue! (The industry standard, right?) They tout these to be durable but they are still garbage in a bigger casing is all.
