I ordered the mask and neck combo treatment. They both came in beautiful packaging, and I was so excited to get started. Somehow, I believe I crossed contaminated what items came with which product, so I couldn't get the mask to work. Their customer service answered my email in less than 5 min. After two exchanges, I was able to use both items, and I couldn't be happier. Everything was solved in under 15 min. That is exceptional customer service at its best! I'm looking forward to using these products for a long time.

First of all, let me start by saying I’ve had the LED face mask for a couple of months and am seeing great results! Unfortunately my product seemed to have a faulty battery pack which caused it to not always turn on easily. I wrote the company and supplied photos and a video of the product outlining what was happening.

They immediately responded and corrected the issue and are sending a replacement. The customer service has been exceptional— matching the product itself! Highly recommended!

Customer service is fantastic and the company really stands behind its products. I was having connectivity issues with my mask and after troubleshooting and doing due diligence on both ends, they were able to quickly send me a replacement. I have used the red/blue light face mask as well as the red light neck collar regularly for just over a year. I am 39 and often get compliments on my skin! I intend to continue using these products as staples in my skin care routine.

I also use it post laser & microneedling to accelerate the healing process & it’s supported my healing & been preventative for sun damage since I also live in Colorado. It’s also super dry here & this has been my little miracle worker @ home treatment.

I use it daily for 10 min & it has been 11/10 experience for me. It’s a results oriented device & I use other professional devices in the treatment room & this is my go to device. It’s also easy to travel with & it comes with cute satin bag to travel with. Definitely recommend both the face & collar for best results.

I have been using the cap, face and neck red light from Glotech and have loved it and have really seen the difference. I’ve been really impressed with this mask! It has noticeably improved my skin’s texture, and my skin looks brighter and firmer overall. I’ve been using the face mask and chest mask consistently for a long time. Three things are true:

1) I’ve had to cut back on my Botox appointments. I only go twice a year cut down from 4 times a year. (Over a 1000 usd savings).

2) I went in for my annual laser treatment (Opus) and my dermatologist said I didn’t need a follow up. (Over a 1500 usd savings).

3) I don’t spend thousands of dollars a year on medical grade skin care. I spent around 600 dollars every 3 months on products. (Over a 2400 usd savings).

If that alone doesn’t convince you you then I’m not sure there is something else I can say.

It’s an investment but the ROI is amazing!

The customer service is superb and I purchased the LED light for my hair. Since using it, I’ve seen growth. I have tried collagen powders, rogaine and supplements to no avail. It wasn’t until used this product that I saw change.

Experienced an issue with battery life and company promptly heard my issue and sent a replacement.

Neck led light is incredibly comfortable to use. The comfort helps me use it consistently therefore I've been able to see good results. I've seen my neck ridges look smoother.

I had a question after only a few days of receiving my mask and collar. The customer service department was very prompt about responding and answering my question. Several weeks later, I had an issue with one of the batteries. After sending the requested videos documenting the issue, customer service (Nicole) resolved it.
