I found the course content very well put together and I enjoyed the flexibility of the online learning experience.

The course is designed so that it takes forever to complete - a lot longer than they communicate. I was told ten hours for Yellow belt but to pass the course you need to watch the videos and it would take days and days to watch. The course needs to be completed within a month otherwise they offer to allow you to complete in your own time for a $15/month membership fee. A course that was advertised for $29 would end up costing me hundreds. I was not told that the course needed to be completed within a month when I signed up.

I wasted hours undertaking the course and then all of a sudden I was locked out and held to ransom ie pay as a monthly membership or we won't allow you to complete the course. The courses are advertised on GroupOn repeatedly but it appears that when a few negative reviews appear the ad is closed down and a new one is generated that is exactly the same but the negative reviews cannot be read.

If you need to obtain a refund you can request a charge-back through your bank but it might be difficult obtaining compensation for the lost hours undertaking the on-line course.

I tried to write a review on Google but I could not find the company linked anywhere so it was impossible to write a review on Google. You can see for yourself if you question my review - go to google maps and try and find the company to complete a review on it. Stay away from this company and try one of the companies that appears on google maps.

I wrote a review on Trust Pilot and was bombarded with phone calls and emails from the company complaining about how I reviewed the company. Then I began receiving messages through Trust Pilot generated by Learning Lean, even to the extent that they told Trust Pilot I didn't purchase their product. This is despite me having voicemail messages and emails from them when they have referenced the on-line reviews I have left. At the same time, all of a sudden many positive reviews appeared on Trust Pilot.

From my experience this company is a complete con job and then when you try and review the company on-line you will be harassed to the point of needing to speak to the police about trying to get them to stop.

Stay away from this company and pick someone else!

Update 21/09 - Learning Lean contacted TrustPilot asking for my review to be removed similar to the review below. They stated I was not a genuine customer and I was forced to waste my time proving I was a genuine customer.

Further, I put a review of GroupOn and it didn't appear on the site so I enquired with GroupOn and received the following response:

"We've checked with the merchant and they informed that they disabled the comment/review feature on the deal..."

This company seems like the dodgiest operator in the world and will seemingly do everything they can to silence negative reviews.... You have been warned - run away fast from this company!

My course was a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, the course consisted of HUNDREDS of all white PowerPoint slides with bullet points, no visual examples and VERY poorly recorded (and unenthusiastic) audio over the top. Not very engaging at all.

Considering you can find thousands of far better quality videos on YouTube for FREE on this topic, this was a little bit disappointing.

Left a fair review on the LearningLean.co.uk website which was never published, this explains their suspicious number of 4 and 5 star reviews... anything lower and they won't post it. Avoid.

Update - since writing this review, learninglean have tried to have my review removed from trust pilot and have also chosen not to post my review of their course on their own site for some reason.... if I didn’t know any better I’d say they only post positive reviews 🤷🏻‍♂️
