Great LSS Black Belt course. Easily accessible through well designed portal. Well worth the money, and a great resource post certification.

Biggest selling point for me was the price, obviously. This made me think of it as a 5 start product at the start.

After starting the course (Yellow Belt for now, will continue for sure), there have been some hiccups. Mobile app didn't work, one slide repeated itself, and some topics were barely scratched. I have to remove a few stars at this point.

Exam on the other hand made me feel like a university student once again. It's not a platter with a fish, it's a fish rod and you will have to do some research on your own. This is a good first step for an excellent CI person in the future. Strive for perfection, learn and grow. Adding a star back to 4!

But please, for the creators, there are some things you could do better and I strongly believe you can reach a perfect 5 star!

LSS Black Belt Course:
the materials generally are really useful and being able to work at your own pace is great, as is the ability to repeat sections or sub-sections.
Be aware though, the quality of different sections is not uniform; particularly the analyse chapters where the use of terminology becomes mixed, as does the referencing when recapping or summarising the sections. Also, if you don't have Minitab, it is very difficult to follow the case studies through.

Good website to use with learning at your desired pace. Found knowledge easy to understand with good examples and am looking forward what i learnt about lean six sigma into practice

Having been immersed in Lean Six Sigma for over 30 years in different companies & sectors, I was a bit dubious when looking at this online course.
But, as a chartered engineer with the IET, I can verify this is an Excellent course!
I state this because each of the 45 individual Topics is clearly explained, runs very smoothly with clear pictograms and also exercises to carry out.
I went through each module which didn't take me a great amount of time, having a Yellow and two Green Belts already, so I have quite a lot of knowledge of LSS.
The exam is appropriate to the course and level(Scored 91%), but what I also like is that you have life-long access to the individual modules, to which I find I need to refresh over the years.
10/10 for me - Well Done Course Providers!

Excellent courses that have now gained me a better insight and promotion. It is broken down so each stage can be fully understood.

Excellent course and tools to use

The course could be improved by removing some of the repeated content. Additionally the course touches on graphical reporting methods only briefly yet the exam assumes a deeper understanding of the different types. The course gives a useful overview of LSS but ofetn reffers to what the Green Belts are doing and is very much a selling tool for the Green Belt course.

I completed the Yellow belt course and found it good value for money and the life time access is great for been able to look back on thing should I need to. Looking forward to doing the Green belt course soon

The content and supporting material was great. I think the sound quality was extremely poor at times on the recordings, but the course is well structured with a good mix of theory and practical elements.

It was very informative however, there are a lot of spelling mistakes and the narrator sounds like they are outside a lot of the time which makes it hard to concentrate. Overall, good course, bad narrating.

I completed the Black Lean Six Sigma course. Having already achieved Green status the option of virtual learning worked well for me however if I had not completed green previously I may have found the content hard to follow.
Overall the content is good however the analysis section was tough and for me a little too much.
A lot of affirming and adding to my own knowledge and gave some great alternative examples and options to utilise going forward.
I would recommend the Black course but only if you already have sound knowledge at green level.
