Launa Windows Bewertungen

Initial contact was easy and friendly, and all three visits, from the initial salesman, the surveyor and the workmen, were conducted in a friendly and businesslike fashion. The final result has been very satisfactory, and as expected.

We are very pleased with our windows and doors. Terry and Bob were really nice lads worked very hard and very professional.
We would highly recommend these window fitters and Launa Windows.

Thankful Jean and Bob

Excellent from beginning to end well done

Excellent windows and great price! The service from Launa Windows was excellent from start to finish! Highly recommended them! Don’t let the big companies scare you or bully you away from these guys :)

I was really pleased with Launa Windows. From the first chat on the phone to fitting, everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend you all

Brilliant company. Courteous and kept us informed. Would recommend.

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was very professional.
Each appointment was attended at the agreed time and at no point was there any hard sell.
We are pleased with the product and happy with the price we paid.

Ian & Seth (fitters) were brilliant, great workmanship and great banter!

Very happy with the way Launa Windows installed the windows and doors there employees were very helpful and left the areas where they worked clean and tidy

New Front door ‘fitted’ in April 2019, door still leaking in September 2019!! We are shoring up the door with towels every day. Dire customer service; door not fit for purpose. I have been very poorly over the past few months and this has increased my stress levels, at an already difficult time. Regret my decision to use them!

Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to final fitting and all done quickly before our holiday to make the house secure.
Many thanks

The team of fitters were friendly and efficient. Their work was and is excellent.

Very good company to deal with and very happy with the windows.

Very happy with my new door. the process from first ordering to installing was very good, experienced no problems at all.

From beginning to end .Professional at every stage.Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly, efficient service. Good quality product.

Great service from start to finish. Thankyou Launa.

Very friendly and funny. They were efficient and the door was fitted in a few hrs.

We used Launa Windows for a replacement conservatory and replacement porch door. The representative, surveyor and installation team all arrived in a timely manner and exactly when they said they would. Their work was professional, and the product looked even better than we anticipated - we particularly liked the subtle 'wood' effect on the porch doors. All the employees were friendly and helpful, not forgetting the person at the end of the phone. Can recommend.
