I ordered a new steel security door for my workshop and the quality is outstanding, really well made and so simple to fit. I then used them to replace all the euro cylinders for thumbturns which went missing in transit but that was no problem, they sent out new cylinders on next day delivery, now that a company that cares for their customers.

I will most definitely be using them again when i need the additional steel door for the rear of the new workshop build, outstanding customer service.

Friendly and helpful customer service

I ordered a new euro cylinder which arrived promptly - for me to realise I'd ordered the wrong part (I wanted a thumb turn, I'd ordered regular). I emailed their sales department and asked what the procedure was to return, and they responded to me within 5 minutes with all the details. Even though I ordered 2 extra keys, they also refunded those too!

I can't fault their service, I'll definitely use them again!

I needed a specific sized euro cylinder with a thumb turn and Latham’s had just what I needed, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, I ordered the correct size and returned the incorrect one and a refund was issued straight away. I would definitely recommend Lathams Hardware.

I ordered two locks from Latham's extensive range and they were dispatched promptly. I had a problem with one of them but they replaced it very quickly - very friendly and helpful staff both by phone and email. Would recommend.

Ordered 4 euro half locks keyed alike. Much cheaper than other peoples locks. Was not after 3* locks so very happy with price and quality.

Excellent customer service. I emailed reference a mistake I had made on my order, very shortly after I received a phone call and the matter was solved straight away over the phone.

I found this company when looking for a new barrel lock. Best prices I found! unfortunately due to MY incompetence I ordered the wrong size 🤦‍♂️ a quick email and friendly reply back and the issue was sorted! excellent customer service, I will definitely use these guys again for any security needs!! 👍👍👍
