Last Chance Buys 

I strongly believe this is a SCAM site! I waited weeks and they still haven't shipped the product. They have a chat system that is never activated. Their phone number simply directs you to the website, which has a broken link. I sent them a message to cancel my order. It has been over a week and no reply nor change to my order status (which has said shipping shortly since purchase weeks ago). Please, please PLEASE... bargain shoppers, beware!! It is my firm belief that most (if I could prove it, I would say all) positive feedback regarding this site is falsified.

I am getting quite frustrated with their service. We ordered CS6 a week ago and the order says it is pending. We have emailed twice and tried connecting through live chat three times. It always times out. We can't seem to get through to figure out why this hasn't shipped. Meanwhile we can't get the work done because we don't have the program.

UPDATE: Finally received the product (8 days after ordering) and received a blank disc. The disk and serial number were not in Adobe packaging. Called Adobe support and gave them the serial number I was given by Last Chance Buys and turns out it is an Adobe licensing product (which I'd be surprised if you are even able to sell). I believe they should have disclosed these things right away. Thankful that Adobe chat was able to help me out.


I recently purchased the CS6 Web and Design Premium from Last Chance Buys. Did not receive a confirmation by email. I tried calling and emailing customer support for a status update and had not heard anything back. The customer support line prompts took me to the recent purchases line where they prompt you to create a ticket online. I tried to create a ticket online and am taken to a broken link (saying you have entered an incorrect address which is their link). My status on my account had not changed. 5 days later and I finally get a tracking number (that is not found). I have taken screen shots of all my difficulties with this site for proof. 5 days later and I still have not received a response for any of my emails. The product is still not on my doorstep. On the site they say they will get back to you in less than 24 hours to respond (lies). I would not recommend them to anyone. Yes, their prices are great, but it is not worth not knowing whether you will even get the product or not. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!

Ordered CS6 and received my order promptly. The software installed without a hitch. Actually, I received Photoshop CS6 extended which has a few more extras as opposed to the basic package that I paid for. Thank you very much Lastchancebuys for your sale product, your rapid delivery and the unexpected upgrade !!! I will look at their site from time to time to see if there is anything more that I can use. Would certainly buy from them again. Strongly Recommend :)

While looking for Adobe Acrobat I found this website. The reviews looked good so I placed an order. I received the software about a week later - it was just as described: full version, non-student and installed on 2 computers.

Software finally arrived - took 1 week - still a little confused as to why i couldn't get a response from the company (see below) - and the transactions ended up only hitting my account once. when i received my software, had a question and was able to get in touch with the adobe rep that was on call - installation went smoothly, able to register my software and am now good to go. things were a bit rocky at first (due to no communication) but all in all, i would purchase from this company again!

After reading such wonderful reviews I placed my order. Big mistake - never received any confirmation - waited two days - still no confirmation - payment hit my bank account and it was there twice! I have tried calling, emailing and online chat - no luck! all the calls are taken with a call center and they can not help me with the status of my order or tell me why the transaction was made twice. Oh, and good luck with the other phone options - pressing option 2 just tells you to sign into your account, which the system will not let me do, and option 4 just states that it is an invalid option and hangs up on you. I did finally get someone with option 3 (adobe help) he was very nice and did take my information, but I'm still waiting. i have tried the online chat and after hours of waiting and refreshing my "conversation" - still nobody on the chat to help me. At this point i am feeling completely helpless. at this point i am hoping that someone answers my email - if that doesn't work my only option is to dispute both transactions and get my money back and go elsewhere for my purchase.
if this issue is resolved, and handled professionally, i will update my review to give feedback. my only advice at this time "if it looks to good to be true, it is too good to be true"!

I hadn't heard of this place, so I was a little skeptical, but I read some other reviews and they seemed somewhat legit. So I went ahead and ordered some software.

But after I ordered and gave my credit card info, I never got a confirmation email, which was weird. So I had to login to the account to check on what was happening, and the status said "Shipping Shortly". The next day, I chatted with them on their online chat, and they told me it would ship Friday. On Saturday, I checked, and my status still said "Shipping Shortly". So I emailed on Saturday (they claim to have Saturday shipping), and got no response. I then submitted a Ticket on my order, which I don't even know if the thing works, and got no response from that.

On Tuesday, I called, saying that I need the software ASAP, and they said they would call back soon. Hours passed and I went to the online chat, told them what my issue was, and they never responded. I did that a few times, never got a response. Then, I called again, told them I was ready to cancel the order unless they got back to me by the end of the day. The day came and went and still no response to ANY of my outreach.

I eventually said that I was going to report them to the BBB bureau, and then started getting responses. They claimed they had sent emails, but I had nothing in my SPAM folder, plus I had received emails from them prior to the order without problems.

At any rate, I eventually got my software, but it was frustrating. It could have just been an off week for them, but I probably won't use them again.

Back in 2012 I purchased Adobe Photoshop software from Last Chance Buys (long overdue I know..). I don't recall how much I paid for it, but I do remember the price being very competitive. Fast forward two years later, I'm still using the software daily for work and have not had any issues yet. The only reason I suddenly remembered to write a review is that last week, my boss told me that he wants to upgrade all of the computers in our office to Creative Suite 6, and of course this was the first company that came to mind when I made a recommendation.

I decided to purchase Monster Beats headphones for my son's 15th birthday. I have never heard of this company before but I found them through a Google search . I didn't see a lot of reviews and the prices were very low, so I called them to make sure they were a real company and the lady I spoke with was friendly and assuring. I ordered last Friday and they just got here this morning. Everything looks great! My son will be happy with these, thank you.

It was my first time with Adobe software, so I called to get some advice on what would be best for me. The lady I spoke with was very kind and informative and didn't try to upsell me. I asked her which of two products would be best for me and she recommended the cheaper one. I definitely got the impression that this is an honest company.

I was very pleased with my experience with this company. I ordered Adobe CS 5 Design & Web Premium, and they upgraded me to CS6 for free, even though it cost considerably more. Shipping took 2 days and that was free too.

Excellent marks all around! Helpful & friendly customer service, and great products. Not a single complaint. Sure, the time it took for them to ship out my package took a while, but I knew it would before I even ordered, because it is clearly stated on the website. They are completely upfront and honest :)

Their prices are outstanding. For all of the items I ordered they were hands-down the cheapest. My order was packed very safely, they did not skimp on the bubble wrap. I definitely recommend Last Chance Buys, I believe you will have a good experience with them.
