Absolutely terrible customer service. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Purchases 2 $59 floats for our vacation in August because I was tired of always buying new floats so I splurged. Ordered them in June 17th and they did not get delivered until almost the end of July. Take them on our trip, day 1 both started to fall apart, tearing and ripping, day 2 they completely ripped nothing was salvageable. Emailed the company and they declined a replaceable because it was outside the replacement/exchange window. I understand not honoring it if I didn’t want it anymore but when your expensive product falls apart and you don’t make it right because it’s a couple days outside the return/exchange window. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I guess I will be more cautious next time I order online from anywhere and read the small print. Absolutely terrible customer service.

If there was a zero option I would have selected these are cheap cheap cheap and a terrible design. Also they do not stand behind their return policy run do not walk to go get another brand.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Never received order and they are saying it wasn't through them even after I sent all the proof it was.

1 star is lowest possible rating. Otherwise I’d give it a 0. Took weeks to arrive. One float was missing a part. Second flat lasted 10 minutes before breaking. Would not recommend at all.

Apparently a fraud company. I haven’t received my order and the delivery date keeps changing.
I know it is my own fault, should have read the reviews before I found myself in this fraud trap…

I was sold a detective float. It was a gift, so the fact that it had a hole was discovered outside their 30 day period.
Any company that truly stands behind their products and cares about customers would do the right thing and replace the item regardless.
Would never recommend this company or their products.

Buyer beware. Questionable whether it's a legit company. Items (flotation devices) have never arrived, communication is horrible, & they gave a one phrase response that "it's on it's way". False!!! I want a full refund & am now trying to fight for that. Stay away from this company!

I would not waste good money on this product. The air chambers burst and the fabric tore. Trying to get refund is next to impossible. The company wants to negotiate the refund amount when the product is clearly defective. To return the product the company requires you send it to China with all kinds of tracking numbers. It is much easier to dispute the charge than deal with them.

The Sun Drift float in the ad came in a box mine came in a mailing envelope!!! This was such false advertising!!! I wil never buy one again…. The float is soo tiny sure doesn’t look like the pictures I would Not Spend your money on this .

Took weeks to receive. Product arrived late. Construction, materials and floatability are the lowest quality. Instructions to assemble are unclear. Assembly is awful and the floats do not stay inflated. Return policy was supposed to be easy. 30 days from delivery and connecting with the merchant is only via their site, Shopify and email. Finally got a response, they're wanting pictures, video if possible, on how the floats are not holding air! You're better off purchasing floats from the dollar store!

The kids love the float!

These floats look good in the ad. They are garbage. Cheaply made, will likely just throw them away vs have them be seen around my pool. Do NOT waste your money.

Possibly the worst float I have ever seen. Impossible to return, had to dispute the charge with CC company. Then sundrift had the cojones to send me an email asking why did I dispute the charge after I called them 3 separate times and left a message proclaiming that I was going to do a chargeback if they didn't respond. Steer clear or sink!

These pool floats are extremely flimsy. Cannot hold up a medium sized woman. Do not waste your money!!!

these floats are complete crap, they might work for a child, but big maybe on that. the float portion is to small and very thin, the adjustable straps come with crappy buckles that wont stay adjusted. good luck getting the company to honor their guarantee. i purchased with paypal and will get my money back that way
