Very good experience

I’ve visited several branches of this clinic, and I’ve always had a really positive experience. The staff at every branch have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which always makes me feel comfortable.

It’s a lovely clinic with consistently great service, and it has become my go-to place whenever I need treatment. I’ve also recommended it to many of my friends because I genuinely trust the service and the team.

Florina is the best therapist at laser clinic Ilford , she made sure every treatment was completed with care, always ensured i was comfortable. My skin was stinging a little on my arms during the session, she applied cooling gel and kept checking I was ok. Was very patient and did not rush the session at all. She genuinely cares for clients and clearly has a passion for what she does .
I would definitely recommend asking for her.

The previous reviews I wrote were in utter desperation at my plight. An employee at the Norwich branch I saw for a laser consultation didn't do anything apart from smirk at me with her loathsome colleague (I now realise as they stood at the counter their faces were turned away from the CCTV so I have no material evidence for proof). As a Trans individual I went there in utter desperation at ridding my face/body of loathsome hair -GENDER DYSPHORIA IS SEVERE WITH ME. The worker had taunted me in the 'consulting room' with the comment: before you have white hair (I'm 59).
I found another worker to be peurile in her behaviour towards me during 2 permanent laser hair sessions treating my upper body (LCUK PACKAGE) so I can eke out my last reserves of cash.
After these sessions are completed I certainly won't be returning to this CHAPELFIELDS OUTLET. I feel outed/ humiliated by such individuals as they. The revelation hit me recently: I must pay more elsewhere just to be treated as an ordinary human being. But then why should I pay more just because the reason I attend such a clinic isn't purely for aesthetic reasons it's to save my sanity/life. After my next upper body treatment there I will be happy to discuss my concerns with you and those individuals about whom I've written. This revue is as genuine as it gets. I have absolutely no embarrassment concerning my openness. In life issues need to be openly discussed not hidden away. I omitted the crucial point: I'm NEURODIVERGENT. A thought just occurred to me: I can be at your above Norwich branch tomorrow afternoon if convenient to you?

Extremely disappointing experience working at Laser Clinics Bradford

I joined Laser Clinics Bradford expecting to work for an established and professional company, but unfortunately my experience was very different. I left after only around two weeks because of the issues I experienced within the clinic.

During my short time there, I witnessed and experienced a number of concerns, including:

Staff being spoken to and treated in a way I found disrespectful and unprofessional, including in front of other colleagues and customers.
Being instructed to carry out treatments in a way that contradicted what we had been advised during training.
Being told to miss areas of treatments because appointments were running over, despite clients noticing and raising complaints.
Clients being booked in ways that, in my experience, made it extremely difficult for treatments to be completed properly and on time.
Working shifts where breaks, including lunch breaks, were often not taken, while staff were also expected to stay beyond their scheduled hours.
A health and safety concern involving equipment where I reported exposed/hanging cables. I was told to move/wiggle the wires to make the machine work, and subsequently saw the wires being put back against the wall. I also witnessed damaged equipment being used.
New members of staff being expected to open, close, clean, stocktake and train others very shortly after starting, without what I considered sufficient induction or preparation.
I personally felt that concerns raised by staff were not dealt with appropriately, and I witnessed complaints from both colleagues and clients on several occasions.
On one occasion, I witnessed a larger client being told she should book the appointment as a male client as this would allow more time. I found this extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable to hear and felt it was not an acceptable way to speak about or deal with a client.

I initially believed that joining an established company would provide a professional working environment, but my experience left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. The high turnover of staff was also noticeable during my time there, with other employees expressing similar frustrations about their experiences.

Unfortunately, my experience did not end when I left. I have also had difficulties regarding outstanding wages. I was advised to contact the relevant manager directly about money owed to me. I made several attempts to do so and was repeatedly ignored.

I am sharing this review because I believe prospective employees and clients should be able to make an informed decision based on the experiences of people who have actually worked at the clinic.

This review reflects my personal experience during my time working at Laser Clinics Bradford. I sincerely hope that Head Office takes the concerns raised by former employees and staff seriously and investigates the issues surrounding management, working conditions, health and safety, and outstanding pay.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff member who carried out my laser treatment today. She was incredibly welcoming, approachable and lovely throughout. She explained what she was doing and regularly checked that I was comfortable. I particularly appreciated how considerate she was with the laser settingswhen I experienced some stinging or discomfort, she adjusted the setting straight away to make the treatment more comfortable.I really liked the doctor was excellent. Thank you very much.

Had my appointment with Roaya today, very caring talk me through every post care. Thank you to Amina had one sessions with her until now I recognise how professional she was.

My low rating is based on my last visit at Ealing. The staff are often late to begin, making you wait 10 minutes in the waiting room. I was informed at my last session that I had 1 session left from my package. However, after my session today I was told I need to pay in full and this was over £180. I told the staff I was informed I had 1 session left, however, there offered no solution but to pay. had to either buy more sessions or pay for this in full. The poor communication has led to a very poor experience. I would not recommend as you could be left with this surprise.

I would like to say a big thank you for the great service and care I received. The staff were absolutely wonderful, supportive, friendly, and caring throughout my appointment.
I was going to this clinic since end of July 2026 and every time I was happy with everything.
I was also very happy with the availability of the appointment, and the results after the treatment were excellent. My face was glowing, and I was really pleased with the outcome.

I’m looking forward to continuing to take time for myself and will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I’m truly grateful for the lovely experience and the care I received.

I previously used a laser hair removal clinic in Dalston Junction; it was expensive, and the hair kept growing back.

​As a Black man, ingrown hair is a common struggle that can look awful. A friend recommended Laser Clinics, and it has been a lifesaver the prices and treatments are great, and I even recommended them to another friend. I'm so happy I found them!
​I have a bald head and used to get severe ingrown hairs on the back of my neck and around my beard area. It was horrible to deal with, but now the back of my neck is completely smooth and clean, and I can use a razor again without issue.

​Now, I'm getting my chest and private areas done as well

I’ve been going to Laser Clinics Cardiff for over a year, mainly because I had already prepaid for all of my full-body laser hair removal sessions. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for any additional sessions, as I now clearly need further treatment elsewhere.

After more than a year of treatments and spending over £2,500, I’ve been left with patchy results. The quality of the treatment has been very inconsistent depending on who carries out the session, and unfortunately, not everyone seems to be equally thorough.

My most recent session was particularly disappointing. I was treated by someone who appeared to be in training, and I found the whole experience unfriendly and uncomfortable. There was very little warmth or customer service throughout the appointment, which only added to my disappointment with the results.

I’ve now found another clinic to continue my treatment and deal with the patches that have been left behind. It’s incredibly frustrating to have spent more than £2,500 and over a year attending appointments, only to now have to spend even more money elsewhere to get the results I originally paid for.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with both the inconsistency of the treatments and the level of service I’ve experienced. For the amount of money I’ve spent, I expected much better.

If you are 5 minutes late, they will not see you. I was told to come back 2 hours later. I explained that I had a long drive and they said that they couldn’t do anything. No apology. Will not be returning once my sessions are complete.

I always get such great service in Silverburn’s Laser Clinic. All the girls are so nice. Especially Kirsty who takes my appointments. She is so efficient, friendly and easy to talk to.

Met with Maddie today, she was lovely, gentle and checked on me throughout the procedure. I had laser hair removal, Hollywood, underarms and half face. Thank you Maddie 🫂 🥰

Very disappointing experience, especially because of the manager’s extremely rude and disrespectful attitude.

My appointment was at 5:50 pm, and I arrived at 5:36 pm, well before my appointment time. I had already booked and prepaid for my treatments, but the manager told me that my payment had not been received.

I politely asked her to give me 2 minutes so I could check the payment. The internet at the clinic was not working properly, so it took me around 5 minutes to verify everything. When I came back and confirmed that the payment had been made, she said, “Yes, your payment is here, but there are other customers waiting now, so we need to do them. You can come back later.”

I was honestly shocked by how rude and disrespectful she was. I had arrived early, had already prepaid, and was there for my scheduled appointment, yet I was spoken to in such an unprofessional manner.

If there was an issue with the payment or timing, it could have been handled politely and professionally. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude completely ruined my experience.

Customer service and basic respect should be a priority, especially for a paying customer. Very poor experience and definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.

I’ve had my first laser today with Alex. She was great and very helpful.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I have never had any problem with the staff or treatments. However, that was different today. I had an extremely loud and rude lady with blonde hair and spectacles. I came for a laser clinic review appointment and as I was called in she so rudely said to my “WHY ARE YOU HERE YOU KNOW YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE LASER FIRST AND THEN REVIEW AFTER”. To which I replied yes, that’s exactly what I have done, I had my laser appointment 2 weeks ago and now I’m here for a review appointment, as advised by your other staff member, as previously there was some patches of hairs missed. To which she had to go out and check on the system and then realised I was right. She then checked my arms and said “oh this is not missed hair this is just patchy, but I will laser it again” which didn’t make sense to me. If it wasn’t missed then why would you laser it again?
She so aggressively shaved the small patches that were missed that I went home with a small cut in my arm. Her tone was so incredibly loud in the room that I felt like saying I am not hard of hearing.
She then tried to tell me again and again that this is not “missed patches”. She asked me who normally does my laser appointment and without mentioning any names she replies “oh yes it’s because she is pregnant” as though to say that it’s a justifiable excuse to miss patches of hair when having laser hair removal.
Firstly, I did not in any way blame the pregnant member of staff, she is actually extremely lovely and I have never had any issues with her, no one is perfect and the fact that I came for a review should have shown her that I was okay even if she did miss them patches and it can be redone, but the fact that she can slander her own colleagues is disgraceful.
Laser Clinics UK - Manchester, fix yourself up, teach her how to treat people with respect or get rid of this horrible lady!
