I honestly don’t think I could have chosen a better clinic or surgeon for my breast augmentation. From the moment I started my journey, every member of staff i encountered was so kind, friendly and reassuring. I always felt comfortable and well looked after, which meant a lot to me as I was super nervous from the beginning.

The clinic itself is absolutely spotless with lush decor and the whole experience was much more positive than I ever expected. Mr James Wokes was my surgeon and I’m so happy I finally built up the courage to have this surgery and that I chose him.
I’m now 18 weeks post-op and I couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out.

I would 100% recommend the clinic and Mr Wokes to anyone considering breast augmentation.

I had a abdominoplasty with Mr Ali-Khan 10 weeks ago, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

After having my first child, I was left with excess skin that really affected the way I felt about my body. From the age of 19, I struggled with my confidence and never really felt comfortable or happy in my own skin. For almost 10 years, I had lost that feeling of being confident in my body.

From my very first consultation with Mr Ali-Khan, I felt completely at ease. I never once felt pressured into having the operation, and he was always honest, reassuring and made me feel like I was making the decision for myself. I was extremely nervous as my surgery got closer, but his reassurance really helped settle my nerves.

The nurses were also absolutely lovely, and the care I received throughout the whole experience was second to none. I always felt looked after and supported.

Now, almost 10 weeks on, I am so incredibly happy with my results. It’s difficult to put into words what it feels like to look in the mirror and finally feel confident in my body again. After spending so many years hiding my stomach, worrying about how I looked and not feeling comfortable in my own skin, being able to wear clothes without constantly thinking about my body feels so freeing.

It’s not just about the physical change — it’s given me a confidence I haven’t felt for over 10 years. I feel like I’ve got a part of myself back that I thought I had lost.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Mr Ali-Khan enough. I’m so grateful to him and the whole team at Spire for making what was such a big and nerve-wracking decision for me such a positive and life-changing experience. ❤️

Highly recommend Lase Cosmetics. I first met with Mr Ali-Khan for a consultation and I was so impressed, he was so thorough with his responses and put me at ease before my procedure. The aftercare was 5 star and the team is just amazing.

A few years ago I had a consultation with Mr Ali Khan about having a breast augmentation revision. He didn’t want to go ahead with the consultation, and recommended someone else. He said my surgery could cost upwards of £25k without examining me. At the time I was considering an uplift and new implants which isn’t unusual at all. I went to the other surgeon that he recommended, who told me to just make the best of a bad situation or wait til after I have children! I paid £200 to have another bad experience. Unbelievable. I went to message mr Ali khan again for some advice as I had no idea what to do next or why I’d been handled like this only to find I’d been blocked by not only his page but his wife’s and the lase cosmetic page. Insane. I found the whole experience so upsetting and would never recommend them to anyone

Mr Ali-Khan’s official professional profiles explicitly state that he specialises in breast lifts and complex revision cases, which makes his outright refusal to even physically examine me and choice to suggest someone else completely baffling.
Naming another surgeon for me to go to is the definition of a recommendation. I wasted £200 on that clinic based on the recommendation.
I messaged mr Ali khan after going to the other surgeon, and kindly asked whether I could come back to him and have the consultation I had booked in the first place, willing to pay and be examined. I was blocked at some point after that, by all three accounts, only finding out when a mutual connection collaborated with the clinic and I found none of the profiles would load.
When I booked my initial consultation, I drove to jesmond feeling optimistic about the future and confident in my choice of surgeon based on my research online, and left feeling disappointed and frustrated. To then be blocked is shocking treatment.
How many other people have they blocked rather than have professional communication? I even filled in the contact form on the website last year to get some answers and had no response. I don’t understand why I was treated this way when evidently others were not, based on positive reviews.
Their response being defensive and not acknowledging how I was treat is further reflection of how the company treat potential clients.

Couldn’t recommend Lase enough. From start to finish everything was amazing when having my breast augmentation. The consultation process was very thorough, the post surgery care was great and I feel like I could always go back if I had any concerns or questions. Very happy with my results!!

From beginning to end my experience has been outstanding. Following 7 stone weight loss I was left with a body I was unhappy with in so many areas. After lots of research I found Mr Ali Khan I booked a consultation and this was incredible he took the time to understand me, he listened, answered all the questions I had etc. I knew he was right the moment I met him. Fast forward to my surgery in September 2025 I had an arm lift and breast lift with Mr Ali Khan this has been life changing the experience and results are just life changing. In May 2026 I had my second surgery which was tummy tuck and thigh lift and again amazing, outstanding what can I say I now have a body im proud of, it’s gave me a new lease of life and my only regret is not meeting Mr Ali Khan sooner!!! Honestly his ethics, care before and after are second to none. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude and I would recommend to anyone and I do. Thank you simply isnt enough but I do want to thank him for changing my life in so many ways and just being awesome. If your in doubt don’t be honestly I’m sure he’s a magician he’s just so talented and skilled.

I cannot recommend Mr Ali-Khan highly enough.

From my very first consultation, he made me feel completely at ease. I had spent years feeling self-conscious about my body and I had several consultations with him over the course of more than a year before making my decision. At no point did I ever feel pressured or made to feel that surgery was necessary.

I was incredibly nervous about having an abdominoplasty with muscle repair, liposuction and a breast uplift and reduction without implants however he listened to all of my concerns, answered every question honestly and gave me complete confidence in both him and the procedure.

My results are honestly better than I ever imagined. Even in the early stages of recovery, I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. His surgical skill, professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. I genuinely feel he has changed my life and restored my confidence.

If you are considering abdominoplasty, breast surgery or body contouring surgery I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ali-Khan. I will be forever grateful for everything he has done for me.

I honestly cannot recommend LASE Cosmetics enough!

Before having CoolSculpting, I’d heard so many mixed reviews and stories from people saying it hadn’t worked for them, so I went into my treatment with very low expectations. I genuinely wasn’t expecting much, and I definitely wasn’t getting my hopes up.

I was told that the final results could take around four months to appear, so I was prepared to be patient. But to my surprise, I started noticing a difference within just a few weeks, and the results have continued to get better ever since.

I can honestly say I’ve been blown away. The difference it’s made to my confidence is incredible. I feel so much happier in my clothes, and it’s given me a confidence boost that I really wasn’t expecting.

This morning I underwent an excision of a suspicious growth on my neck, performed by My Whashaba in the most painless and informative way. The entire experience. from initial consultation to the actual excision and post op care, was perfect in every way, with delightful and exceptionally professional and friendly staff. I cannot recommend Lase Cosmetic highly enough and am so pleased it was recommended to me by a close friend.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic I immediately felt at ease. I had a consultation with Mr Iain Anderson and we discussed my concerns and what result I was hoping for. Mr Anderson was great, discussed everything in detail and I booked in the have Renuvion with liposuction on my abdomen. The surgery itself was an absolute doddle. I was awake and under local anaesthetic. Mr Anderson and his team of nurses were amazing. I felt so at ease despite being awake, we were all chatting away and it was very relaxed. They explained what they were doing at each step and before I knew it I was back in the recovery room drinking tea and eating biscuits. Thank you Mr Anderson for your amazing work and for making me so relaxed. And another big thank you to the nurses who were just so lovely. I'm only one week post op so haven't seen the final result yet but so far I'm elated.

I had an upper eye blepharoplasty 8 days ago, with Mr Ali-Khan. It was almost pain free. I honestly didn’t feel a thing, even the local anaesthetic into my lids wasn’t bad.
He called me the next morning to check I was ok, despite it being Easter holidays.
Recovery team were brilliant & having the stitch removed was an easy relaxed procedure.
I wish I’d done this years ago.
The results are so subtle yet amazing.
Last night I had a function to attend, & although I’m still bruised I went along & a few people commented on how great my eyes look.
Such an amazing experience, from the 1st consultation up to my recent appointment, everything has been so professional yet friendly. Mr Ali-Khan is a lovely man. He explains everything, is very understanding & sympathetic.

This company deserves its five star reviews. I have had a blepharoplasty where the results were exactly as promised, and CoolSculpt on bingo wings (only just done, but provided with exemplary professionalism). I recommend this company to everyone who asks where I had my eyes done. It is the model of a private practice, calm, clean and nothing like the sausage machine mentality of other private providers, who might have more familiar names but could learn a lot from this company’s approach. Recommended without hesitation.

I could not recommend Lase more, what an amazing team. I had a breast augmentation back in October with Dr Ali Khan. I first decided to have a consultation in July after years of going back and forth as I was so terrified of going under general anaesthetic. From the first appointment the reception staff made me feel so at ease when I was very nervous, then after going in to see Mr Ali Khan I knew he was the surgeon for me. He advised me when choosing my implants, size and projection when I was so undecided and they are perfect for my body shape / height. I described fully the look I wanted to go for and he listened and they are exactly what I asked for

The day of my surgery was actually enjoyable after being so scared I would honestly do it all again tomorrow. The whole team made me feel so relaxed from start to finish, I was laughing before and after my surgery.

The after care was amazing and I have just had my final appointment to be discharged. Mr Ali Khan reassured me that even though I have been discharged if I ever have any problems or worries I am welcome to come straight back to see him.

I am over the moon with my results and am constantly being complimented on how they look. They have changed my life

It’s now 3 months since I had breast augmentation surgery with Mr Ali-Khan and my life has been changed. I’ve found confidence in myself I never thought imaginable. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I spent a significant amount of money here and unfortunately saw no results, first with CoolSculpting and later with Botox for crow’s feet.

I also paid for consultations, only for the surgeon to later withdraw their offer without providing a clear or reasonable explanation. It gave the impression that unless you are ready to commit and pay immediately, there is little flexibility or understanding if you need additional time to consider your decision.

I was also disappointed by the lack of meaningful discussion or questioning during the process. There did not seem to be consideration for patients who may need extra time, reassurance, or support in making decisions (such as external factors impacting decision making such as those in controlling relationships or patients with additional needs such as autism).

Overall, this was a costly and frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this clinic.

After numerous recommendations to use LASE Cosmetics for my breast augmentation surgery, I decided to book an appointment. Now having completed my surgery here, I must say that my results are unbelievable- they are absolute perfection. From start to finish the entire team at LASE ensured nothing but my complete comfort, happiness and relaxation. The team were compassionate and supportive but also extremely ethical, efficient and informative. This was so important to me when choosing the right surgeon and Mr Ali-Khan exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the rest of the team including Sarah, Diane, Paul, Justine as well as the others. Up until the very moment of being ‘put under’ I was laughing and chatting, feeling completely at ease for a surgery I have dreamt of almost my entire life. I could not recommend this team and practise more.
