Buying houses can be stressful but with Jake every element he was involved in and in control of was stress free. Jake gave outstanding customer service throughout our buying and selling process. Jake was always available on the phone or by email, responding in a timely fashion every time. Jake was understanding, gave great advice, explained everything in layman's terms and was, quite simply, awesome at supporting us at every stage. I am a stickler for service and have very high expectations and I can honestly say I do not have a single thing I could suggest Jake can do better. Jake at Larrington was great from start to finish. It felt like he was on top of everything, with extremely prompt communication. They work as a "local but online" solicitor. This meant that communication was very easy as it was all done through email. If I did have a problem or wanted to drop off documents I was still able to though so this was ideal.

Searches were very prompt, and were the best format I've seen used. Each search came back with a full report.

I've had the experience of a national "online only" solicitor which was a nightmare, and also the experience of a traditional local solicitor which is great. Larrington take the benefits of both while still maintaining the personal touch.
