Thank you to Alicia and all of the team for assisting with my remortgage, which was absolutely seamless. The communication was excellent and everything was handled quickly from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Larrington and Co. Thank you!

I had never heard of Larrington solicitors but they were recommended to me. From the fine I first communicated with them with the selling of my property and the purchase of a new build, the service and communication was just exceptional . Even when I had to change the purchase of my new build, nothing was too much trouble. From previous experience and experiences that friends had told me about Larringtons we’re just completely different. Alicia the director was exceptional in everything, We all know how stressful buying/selling is but Alicia made it the best it ever could be. I can’t rate any higher. Thankyou

Highly recommend Larrington & Co. The whole team were great and I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process which made the conveyancing experience a lot easier and less stressful.

Alicia has been brilliant in both our sale and purchase, not to mention approachable and friendly. We have received balanced advice throughout the entire conveyancing process and I would thoroughly recommend Larrington & Co Ltd to anyone who seeks a smooth and efficient service.

Amazing experience. My first time buying a house couldn’t have gone smoother & that was down to Alicia. Very quick & got the job done!

Jake was absolutely fantastic! We recommend you to everyone we speak to. You made everything for start to finish stress free and it didn’t go un noticed the hours you work and the commitment you had to getting us to completion.

Our first time of using Larrington & Co and can’t thank them enough for a very smooth move, Jake Francis and colleagues were very helpful every time we had a question or something we needed help with, always answered the phone but it not available would always call back, we can’t rate them more highly - wished we could. If we move again we will be using Larringtons again for sure.

Alex Shaw recently handled a property sale for us. Having had protracted sales in the past, I was dreading it, but Alex made this one move along efficiently, all simple and stress-free for us. The app is easy to use too. Highly recommend and would definitely use Larringtons again. Thank you!

Jake is fantastic, a professional gentleman. If you want a modern solicitor with traditional values, where you get to speak directly to your solicitor and not via an app or office administrator, then go with this firm. Highly recommended

I would absolutely recommend Larrington & co. Alicia was fantastic from start to finish. She was informative, attentive and done her absolute best (and succeeded!) to get a completion date for my new home when I wanted it to be. Thank you so much, I am so grateful!

I really appreciated the clarity and efficiency of the service provided by Larrington & Co. There were some slightly unusual circumstances involved in my house purchase, goalposts shifted at short notice and I was a total novice to the world of conveyancing. Alicia was clear and prompt in her communication and unflappable in response to the challenges that presented themselves along the way, helping to make this a very smooth process.

Jake was really helpful and made the process of buying my first home really straight forward.

We were in the sad position of needing to go through a family members home sale. From the initial quote, through onboarding on the app (very simple and quick) to the prompt replies to any questions, we can't thank Alicia and the team enough. Highly recommended.

Polished & Professional:
“Incredible service throughout — proactive, efficient, and always focused on our best interests. The team went above and beyond at every stage. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

Outstanding Service from start to finish.
The app is fantastic and modern, alongside the very clear communications.
Really helped to exchange on a very tight schedule.
100% would recommend

Alex dealt with a private sale for our family recently and I cant praise him enough. It was a tough one emotionally and he was kind and professional all the way through. Highly recommend Larringtons, definatley our new 'go to' solicitor.

The prompt and professional service we received was great, it made the experience of selling a property so much easier, Mark was always happy to talk with us and give updates on our house sale, from start to finish nothing was to much trouble, if we needed a solicitor again in the future we would certainly return to Larrington and co

I worked with Alicia on the sale of my property. Always friendly, responsive and so helpful. Made the process a breeze and kept me up to date the entire time! Cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Alicia is very professional and kept us informed on our house sale every step of the way. It was very reassuring for us to use a local family business, we can't praise Larrington and Co enough and would definitely recommend.
