Dreadful Fulfilment & Communication
I placed my first order for cable with this company in the UK on 29th May. I didn't received any confirmation of the order by email - the only confirmation was by logging in to the company site. I realised I'd made a minor error in specification and emailed their customer services - no confirmation and no reply.
I then discovered in a corner of their account management page, that my order had in fact shipped on 30 May. It's now 9 June and there is still no sign of it. I've phoned the company twice and, each time, they've promised to phone me back. They have not done so. I wonder if all country branches of Lapp are this incompetent or if this is just the UK being the UK?
