Awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, we hired a cement mixer and cut saw for our garden, was meant to me collected last Monday, then it was Friday, then the Monday after and Tuesday and finally was collected on Thursday! I have wasted multiple days waiting at home when i was meant to be at work! No one seems to know what’s going on when it comes to collection of items! Will NOT be using again for this reason.

Be careful which HSS company you use online
I booked a hiring online under the name of HSS without knowing that the company has two arms - a market place called HSS Pro services & the good old in person HSS The hire Service company.
Obviously the pro services did not deliver the product as promised. I walked into the in person branch to ask where my order was only to be told that they two separate companies but using same HSS names.
Long story short. Don't go to HSS pro services. They are just a middleman. Go to the nice people at HSS The Hire Service company. If you can,go in person. Big shout out to Anthony and Alan at Heathrow branch for the wonderful support to sort me out. I appreciate you guys.

Totally sh..t. Charging for reshaping tools I didn’t use. Delivery without trolley(heavy breaker). Collection day later so someone have to stay home for it. Never again. Couldn’t give 0 stars

Complete waste of time.
Well. Another whole weekend wasted after HSS failed to deliver a floor sander. Staff have no idea and tell us they have no way to contact the person supposed to be delivering the equipment. No contact from them to say it wasn’t coming so sat around waiting all day, then AGAIN on the next weekend after they said it was coming again. Avoid this company they’re a complete waste of time.
